I ordered something through them about a month and a half ago with next day shipping. I haven’t received the items and have attempted to contact them many times via email, the messaging service on their website, the Shop app, the WhatsApp number provided and phoned the land line number. 0 response whatsoever, so they have effectively stolen my money.
It’s actually a great product I was very excited about. However, second box fully paid for and the company is not responding and not refunding. It’s been two months trying to reach them.
After sampling their trial pack I placed £50 order on 25th July, today is 13th Aug and still no information or updates about delivery or status of my order. Multiple attempts at contacting them by phone on 07736311234 (diverts O2 vmail) and 02078701605 (diverts to an overseas ring tone; probably skated off to their ill-gotten villa in the Med), whatsapp (delivered but unread and unanswered) and email (no response) concludes that this is a dodgy outfit with a slick website that’s managed to con me out of £50. Don’t make the same mistake. Avoid. I will be reporting this company to the authorities.
