Quick and efficient

A great product (No 7 shave gel), with several ordered together.
Unfortunately the packaging was inadequate and one arrived totally smashed.
The customer services resolution was appalling (and deeply hidden on their website) and repetitious as they they hoped you'd just give up in frustration.
They also failed to respond to my "how to improve the customer experience suggestions" and deleted my product review which raises serious questions about validity and bias on their website!
I would be reluctant to order online from them again.

What I ordered was great as expected, though a hiccup with delivery which to be fair was Royal Mails fault but contacting yourself was difficult and my 2nd & 3rd email to yourself was not acknowledged at all so communication could be better.

It was easy and well delivered on door.

Never had any problems ordering from boots before. My order came earlier than expected via Royal Mail which was great, however, one of the eye crayons was missing the end which twists up the crayon so not good.

I had a really disappointing experience at Boots while trying to get help for ongoing tooth pain. My GP and dentist both recommended co-codamol, but the pharmacy staff refused to serve me, claiming I buy it too often — even though I haven’t visited that store in over eight months and have been living in London..

When I asked for alternative pain relief, they weren’t helpful or willing to suggest anything appropriate. The situation then became even more frustrating when a member of staff responded dismissively and unprofessionally.

I found the whole interaction lacking in empathy and professionalism, especially given I was in genuine pain and seeking guidance. Patients should feel supported and listened to, not dismissed. This experience has really put me off returning.

The regional manager needs to look into the Seaford Boots store as their service is utterly shocking!!!

Ordered the product, no online problems, product delivered on time, well packaged.

Order arrived quickly but the box was completely open - didn't look like it had been sealed at all.

I ordered a duo pack Oral-B one black one pink
they sent 1 x io2 black toothbrush. Messaged them 4 days ago still no reply

Very good service, and delivered on specified day

One of the body wash was leaking, and the body cream inside had gone bad. The cream also looked like old stock, which explains why it had spoiled. I had to take it back to the shop to get a refund.
