very easy to deal and arrange everything

I've used watch collecting and collecting cars many times over the last few years to buy and sell watches /cars.
Its a really good platform, great customer service agents, and totally transparent. These are the main reasons why I keep on coming back to make sales or purchases.

Second selling experience with the “Collecting” companies and have had a pleasant & effective selling experience both times. Jamie my consignment advisor was excellent, very helpful with advice and kept me both engaged & updated throughout the entire process. Smooth & stress free end-to-end process.

As a first time seller i opted for the managed service which guided me through the process and my advisor (Mark) was always on hand to answer all my questions. Excellent service throughout and a successful outcome.

Unfortunatley, the seller of the watch I won was dissapointed with the sale price, so, by mutual agreement we decided not to proceed - this is an unusual circumstance, not at all the norm or something you should expect to happen to you.

After some initial frustrations gettint in touch with watchcollecting.com, they reached out, via phone to handle it quickly and efficiently.

Ultimately,I have no watch, but equally, i haven't lost any money either. The fact they did reach out, an actual human called me, had given me confidence to try the site again in the future.

Great company to deal with. I dealt with Jamie and his communication was spot on from start to finish. Once the sale was ended I received prompt payment from the buyer and it was a very smooth transaction. I would also advise the managed service as the pictures looked great.
