I preordered some figures back in November 2023, paid in full at a cost of £155. Website stated preorders would be fulfilled in December 2023, I received zero updates and have been chasing ever since... ãã£ãšèŠã
Extremely poor customer services, tried to contact via email and messenger on website. I even received confirmation via message/email that wrong figure was sent to me, then nothing happened. I receive... ãã£ãšèŠã
Same situation as a lot of people, spent nearly 1K on Hot Toys figures that he put on PayPal payment plans. No communication (lost count of how many emails I have sent) zero response from this thief.... ãã£ãšèŠã

I have ordered with collectors den via they're website since November 2023. I have fully paid for my product and waited until today when I had to get in touch with my bank to get my money back. I have been trying to get in touch with them since I placed the order but they didn't bother to answer. I have contacted them on social media (Facebook) and got blocked. I have also seen other buyers complaining about they're orders not being sent and being ignored by customer service. Do not buy from them! Save your money and look for another source! Do not waste your money!

Pre-ordered Marvel Legends Retro Scorpion back in July 22.
Sent emails sporadically asking for updates over last year and this year and no response.
Given that Hasbro has stopped production of the figure since it has been over a year since release I recently asked for a store credit and was willing to accept the loss of 10% of the amount as per the T&C.
It's been nearly 2 weeks since that email. I appreciate that stock issues are a wide issue for independent traders such as CD, but lack of communication and remarks which I am paraphrasing such as "you'll get it when I do" are not how to run or even work in a customer facing business.
While I have most certainly lost my money I hope the owner can turn things around and sort out the supply issues as the business was once very reliable.
Unfortunately, I likely will not use them again after this experience.

Absolutely awful service received from the Collectors Den. I had placed an order in October, to ensure that product will be delivered in good time for my son at Xmas. Since then i have been chasing for an update on where the delivery is and have emailed them on several occasions with no response from the company!
Avoid, unless you want to pay for something that doesnt get delivered!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst online seller Iâve dealt with. Oversold the item I order and still took my money. Zero communication after I messaged when the delivery date came and went. Only replied to me when I opened a case via eBay. Told me the item would be in stock the following week and asked if could close the case. I did. No item and back to zero communication.

I've used CD on several occasions over the last year, and on each occasion I've had excellent customer service and the goods have arrived promptly & packaged to a collector's standards. Not sure why some weird freaks are targeting them due to the incompetence of suppliers, but buy with confidence.

Now November 2023 and no figure.
All other retailers have had the figure in then on sale then available again and on sale again but Collectors den still haven't had a single delivery.

Takes deposits for pre-orders, which has been now coming up to two years. Items never came into stock except one- for which I was sent an invoice despite my original order being that the items should only be paid when all were in stock. Did eventually get some responses last year, but were short and abrupt. Haven't heard back from repeat emails since- basically, the owner is taking money and has little to no intention of fulfilling orders. You're alright if you order in stock items as he knows customers will get paypal involved, but never pre-order items as once it hits 180 days you are left with no recourse. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a scout helmet at the beginning of July and have waited till today 10th of October to get it. Their website states "ANOTHER BATCH IS SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS FRIDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER, ALL REMAINING ORDERS WILL BE SENT FRIDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER" well that was nearly 3 weeks ago. I've emailed them and as others have stated, they just don't reply.

Placed three pre-orders over a year ago and Iâve received nothing. They clearly arenât going to be able to fulfil these orders and yet they are completely ignoring all my attempts to get a refund. Possibly the worst company to deal with ever! I really wish I could show all the back and forth emails to show how unprofessional they are. They failed to deliver an item (3months) that was in stock, but after I put in a PayPal dispute they said they would send it out if I withdrew the dispute. DO NOT USE!!!

After talking with my bank they made 2 charge backs for items I asked to be refunded and cancelled that were ignored and even told heâs had no cancellation requests from me even though I had emails from collectors den stating I had requested cancellations
I even sent him screenshots of these
So my bank charged back
1 for £360 and the other for £240
Iâm now in the process of working with trading standards to get my money back and pre order deposits and store credits given instead of refunds for items I was waiting over a year for

I have been waiting over a year now for two action figures I ordered in July 2022. When I made the purchase the figures were pre-order with expected arrival in February. It is now August and I have received nothing. No updates at all! I've even seen the figures available elsewhere since making this purchase.
On top of this I have emailed them via their website and email located on my emailed invoice and have received no reply having waited weeks.
The customer service is absolutely shocking, the fact they are clearly avoiding answering questions and only reply to a negative review from what I can see, yet they are updating social media daily... Below they state:
"pre order cancellations over 6 months will be refunded as credit on your account in the form of loyalty points to the value of your order or amount paid."
"Alot of the time, the items will arrive early, or on time, but there may be instances due to the manufacturer, that the item would be delayed, but we will keep you informed every step of the way."
None of this seems even possible as you refuse to reply to customer emails! how are you still operating? They haven't kept me informed at all as you claim to do so. They seem more than happy to take the money and run and eventually producing excuse after excuse once you receive a bad review.
I am close to giving up hope now and will never use this business again. Save your money, order elsewhere or potentially loose it while they play the long game with every excuse in the book.

Shocking customer service, wonât reply to emails. Have pre orders that were well overdue, almost 2 years in one case with another 2 pushing a year when other retailers have the stock. Tried to cancel my orders and was given store credit minus 10% for my trouble. Store has minimal in stock items and nothing I want. Refused a refund because it was against the terms and conditions even breaching his own rules by sending a part order out. Avoid pre orders from collectors den Iâm not the first and wonât be the last person to get scammed by them. 0 star rating. Also been caught out selling pre order stock on his eBay account. Sinking ship.

Not the greatest company
Made a pre-order July 2022 saying stock was coming in octâ22 itâs now Juneâ23 and received nothing, every time Iâve messaged they say waiting on stock - when the 2 figures are widely available elsewhere- I wonât be using them again and would not recommend them, thereâs better more reliable sellers of figures out there than this company, so Iâve said goodbye to my £30ð±

The reason they lost a star is they never responded to enquiry emails about item descriptions. None the wiser as to what they put on website as items are fine.
