I can't even imagine the stress you have went through last night. I wish people would look at the positives rather than focus on the obvious error. Was extremely impressive how well your site handled the traffic and how speedy you communicated amongst various discord communities shortly after the error happened. By morning everything was resolved which again, impressive. A lot of companies should take note on how well you handled this 👏

One of the best to do it. Trustworthy. Good communication. Good prices. Have ordered plenty and will continue to 👏🏼

Mike is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond for the Pokemon community he has built. Always offers products at amazing prices, ships quickly and well packaged and I’ve never had a single issue.

Unfortunately his website had a glitch which allowed for too many orders to be placed and people are getting angry, hence the bad reviews. He doesn’t deserve any of them, he runs his business with complete integrity and is always completely transparent. The issue was promptly fixed and he spent all night refunding all orders by himself. The reviews before this incident happened speaks enough about what kind of person he is and how valued his business is in the TCG community

The nicest seller in the entire Pokemon community hands down and I will always say that proudly. He isn’t in it to make a quick buck, he genuinely cares about what he’s doing and has built an amazing community to back that up. I don’t even hesitate to buy from him and have been a customer for a couple of years now. Cannot fault him at all!❤️

Mike is an incredible person and his business is exactly the same. We order from Collectors Kingdom on a regular basis and every single time, Mike goes above and beyond for all of his customers. I couldn’t recommend him enough! ❤️

Please do not get disheartened by the absolute numpties leaving unreasonably bad reviews , all because of some cardboard. This is an absolutely lovely small company , they fixed the error and refunded me within hours and sent an email to say they donated £500 to charity as a good will gesture. What a lovely thing for a store owner to do, thank you for sorting the error quickly and for working so hard to resolve it.

I have never used this company before but last night it showed loads of items at a very cheap price on there website (clearly a problem stock error) so I thought I would try my luck. As I suspected the order got cancelled and I was refunded very quickly and received a nice email explaining that there had been a glitch on the website. I would definitely use them again as I don't feel it was there fault and they worked very quickly to resolve the problem.

I ordered many items but found out that a system error allowed me to despite the item not being in stock. However I was quickly refunded my order and the site published an apology! I can see the owner has worked tirelessly and apologised multiple times and I respect the care given to us customers! Definitely will purchase something for the great customer service received! Don’t worry about the negative reviews pal, you worked hard to rectify the issue a lot more than any other store would!! Thank you!!

Mike is a real one, probably the best seller out there in this industry. Couldn’t recommend a nicer person to buy from.

I've been ordering from Collectors Kingdom for about 2 years now, from the website and Tiktok. Every time has been perfect. Always dispatched quickly and packaged well.
Also has a brilliant community on discord, if that's your type of thing.

Great guy. Had website issued and managed to sort everyone out staying awake all night to help. Will be buying from them again in the future.

Communications are great, I had ordered and it was cancelled due to an website error. Refund done super fast, email explaining why was sent later on… a small business doing their best in a really unfortunate situation. I will come back once the website reopens for a look and to hopefully make another order. The donation to Great Ormond Street was a nice touch. Keep your head up!!

Being review bombed by people that didn't see the communication. Sad to see it was too good to be true as I won't get my DR ETB but can respect that this is at no fault of the company and the people that work there. Hopefully I will be lucky to catch one in the wild!

Issue with the website caused so much stress for them having to cancel orders. Handled so well, quickly and any 1 star review saying otherwise needs to give their head a wobble. Will definitely shop in the future.

I’ve been ordering from Mike for over two years now and have always had a genuinely amazing experience alongside being part of a lovely community.

It’s disappointing to see a genuine technical mistake overshadow years of hard work and lead to so many negative reviews, clearly it is people who don’t have any empathy

A shopify error meant OOS items were able to be ordered erroneously. The owner tirelessly worked through the night cancelling orders (over 7000!) and getting refunds back to people in less than 12 hours. He then sent a donation to Great Ormond Street Charity as a token of good will, despite this not being his fault. He's an absolute gem and he has my total respect for handling this as well as he did!

Ordered last night during an unfortunate restock glitch for the owner. Understandably cancelled and refunded all orders … then also donated £500 to charity as a gesture of good will. I thought it was important to pass on how professional and committed this owner has been to sorting the issue.

We’ve been ordering from Mikes store now for a few months. Never had an issue. Always quick delivery. Absolutely 0 complaints. There was an issue with the shop last night which has caused a few bad reviews. Ignore them. Mikes explained multiple times what has happened, has apologised and even donated to a children’s charity to apologise even further. Amazing response and we will continue to shop here for our cards 🫶🏻

Such a amazing guy so helpfully when asking questions about product and I still don’t know how he can run this all by himself would recommend him and his company to anyone thanks again mike for the everything and such quick postage

Wonderful company, good priced products. Some very silly 1 star reviews being left over a technical error on the website. Ignore these as this is a fantastic and reliable company.
