I was contacted by Martha after expressing my interest in moving companies on LinkedIn. She guided me through the role she had to offer and provided a detailed breakdown of the company and its culture (which was one of the main reasons I was looking to leave my previous position). Martha was incredibly helpful throughout the three-stage interview process, offering guidance where needed, and I never felt forced or pressured, a welcome contrast to some experiences I've had with other recruiters.

Once I received the job offer, she explained aspects of my contract that I wasn’t clear on and checked in during my two-month notice period. Hanya has been most attentive to my employment search whilst intuitively understanding my needs for a ‘right fit’ executive sales role. By listening to my ambitions and related experience/abilities (as described in my CV), Hanya successfully placed my new position within several weeks.
