When the sings turned up the quality


When the sings turned up the quality was terrible. With the picture looking all pixelated. The company should call the customer to explain this before proceeding.

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review based on your recent order with Colour Frog. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the final result. However, we did advise prior to production that the artwork submitted was of low quality and could lead to pixelation when printed at the requested size. We also invited you to provide higher-resolution artwork to achieve a better finish. As no updated files were received, we proceeded with the original artwork as approved.

As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer a discount on a reprint should you wish to supply higher-resolution artwork, and we’d be glad to assist in checking the files beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome.

Such a professional Company

Just did a simple google search and found that Colour Frog was on my doorstep. Was able to go and tell them exactly what I wanted and I had received email before I got home. What was promised was delivered, a very professional organisation, and I will be using them again for other projects.

The customer service received was impeccable. Unfortunately the website UI was pretty bad, to the point where the only way to process and make an order was to get a direct email to the sales team. As annoying as that was Travis was so incredibly attentive and helpful and the product I received was fantastic that I will use them again for sure. Would have been 5 stars but the website really wasn’t great.

First time user experience

The website and ordering process is brilliant. The delivery was also great. My complaint is the colour of final product is far off from the graphic sent when placing the order. I used a particular RGB colour and it's not close. They do have a disclaimer addressing the fact that colour might not match exactly but this went from blue to purplish.

We understand that you selected a specific RGB value, and while our production process does include a disclaimer that slight variations may occur, we acknowledge that the shift from the intended blue to a purplish tone is a significant difference.
