Terrible service. Item went missing. Customer service was not helpful at all. No resolution. They are not returning emails or pings on FB messenger or queries via their website. Waste of money.

selling products that never arrive is not a good way to build a business and then lying about the crappy tracking that is also fake.

If I could put 0 stars on the review, I would, because this service is not worth a single star.
I made an order over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. I repeatedly asked for updates, but the answer is always the same, that they're trying to fix it. They are not doing anything. I asked for a refund, and they will not give it.
this service is a scam.

Avoid at all costs !!! Do not buy from this company!! I paid $55 for an advent calendar for my son. In total in the whole advent calendar there were SIX items. SIX. My son was left devastated. When I contacted them for a refund they told me they’d give me $8 and I should try and re sell the item to someone else. When I refused this ‘offer’ and raised a claim with PayPal they said I’d have to return the item to CHINA at my own expense before they would refund me. Absolutely do not but from this company.

I order holiday advent calendars and paid extra for express 5-12 shipping which should have arrived before Dec. 1. In total paying $103.83 USD. On Nov 30th, the items were still oversees. I started the cancelation/refund process and they insisted they could not do it till the items arrive. The items arrived 9 days past the 12 day shipping. So I start the return/refund process. It took a handful of emails for them to finally offer me a refund of a whole $8 USD... 16 emails later, they are at there max offer of $12 USD for the refund. Hell my shipping cost $10. This company is a complete joke and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I strongly advise against using this online shop! I placed an order several months ago and paid for the goods in advance. To date, nothing has arrived. Despite my numerous emails asking about the status of my order, I only receive the same excuses over and over again and no concrete answers. It is frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this. Customer service is non-existent and I feel cheated. I will demand my money back and can only advise everyone to stay away from this shop! An absolute scam!!!

I do not recommend products from this site. Big disappointment. On the site it looks beautiful, but you get a dud that is completely inconsistent with the contract. In a fishing set intended for the sea, things for fishing on lakes and rivers. After writing a complaint, they replied that they were sorry and could return 9 dollars (out of 35 paid), because they are a small company.

I ordered two items that - regarding provided tracking - should have been en route by September. Checking that tracking the package is still within transit in my country (since September).
Customer service did check on that status mid November and told me it is still in transit but the carrier was asked to expedite the process.
Checked back in December to get a second tracking number and the info that one of the items is not available and I get a refund (an item that should have been shipped out three months earlier already) - the refund is not in my accound as of today. Suprisingly the second tracking started the same day of the firs response of customer service mid of November.

I recieved a package in December containing a different item than ordered - not something similar but something completely different! Like a nail bolt gun for construction work instead a can cooler different.
Customer service states they sent out (aka drop shipped) the correct items and offered me a refund of 5$ as sign of goodwill for the wrongfully delivered item. For an order of about 50$ total.

J'avais commandé des ornements pour décorer mon arbre de Noël. Sur le site, il s'agissait de personnages en 3D, très finement dessinés et peints. Je reçois finalement un bout de plastique tout plat avec un autocollant dessus représentant le personnage. 40 dollars pour deux bouts de plastique en 2D et en plus mal imprimés... évidemment le service client me dit que le produit est conforme et qu'ils sont engagés à faire du mieux possible pour leurs clients adorés. Une honte, à éviter !

I ordered stuff about 4 month ago. never arrived. they wrote with me about 2months and they have 5-6 premade answers. They still use one and then other. I got each answer about 5-8 times. It looks like here… that they sending stuff only in US, all other countries are robbed.

This is definitely a scam. I needed the item urgently, so I ordered it using the more expensive express service, which was supposed to deliver it within 5-7 days. Today, 12 days have passed, and the item still hasn’t arrived. The emails contain two different tracking links, and both show different locations for the item.

The packaging was impressive - sturdy and well-secured. It ensured the product arrived in great condition. Very professional and clearly shows care for customer satisfaction.

Very satisfied with my purchase. It took 2 weeks to get here, but it was worth the wait. The lighter works like a charm, easy to use and quite portable. The lamp feature also gives good illumination. Quality is impressive and it seems like it will last for a long time. Highly recommend.

Items took 3 months to arrive. ( electric wine dispenser). When they did arrive, after countless emails and reshipping, 1 box was damaged. No instructions included with items. Not working properly. 1 of them won’t even turn, and yes I have charged it.

Worst customer service I have ever received. About to tick over to 3 months and I still haven't received my items. Customer service just gives you the run around emails every time. "Please don't worry" "it will be there soon" 3 months later! Still not here! What a joke!

Either scammers or just completely hopeless at their job.

Stay well clear of these imbeciles!

I have waited 3 months, they just tell to wait, there is no information on delivery and they refuse to refund my payment.... definitely a scam.. don't be tempted or become another victim.

Ordered a NFL Gnom ( Green Bay packers design) got a neutral Gnom
It said on the package Green Bay packers but no nfl colors or packers logo
This is absolutely a scam for 30 dollar and takes around 40 days to deliver
Asked for a refund, was told it is what I ordered and then offered 3$ and you can keep the gnome - also telling me returning it would be more expensive to ship it than my refund 🤣
Never ever again with this shop

Ordered an item 16th August, tracking number has not changed since 16th September. Always the same response: "the system takes time to update tracking...."
Still no goods as of 3rd November and no further communication.
Obviously I have been ripped off - if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not give these people the chance to take your money, it's not worth it. I'll stick with Amazon - at least they can follow up on (supposedly) missing parcels! If my goods eventually show up I would be very surprised!!
