A good quality product, but not great value, and delivery driver left it outside in the street rather than in safe place as requested.

After reading the review we have held an internal investigation to see what we could have done better relating to your comments.
Reference: Your radiators being left.
I have tried to call you and have left a voice mail regarding this, as we are disappointed to hear your radiators have been left in the street and would like to investigate this further.
Reference: The delivery itself.
All of our radiators are delivered on a pallet and these deliveries are kerb-side only.
Unfortunately this is something we have very little control on as this is governed by the transport companies.
I apologise if this was not made clear to you at point of order.
Reference: The value of our Radiators.
We are disappointed to hear that you feel our radiators are not great value, we believe we offer competitive prices at good value with a sizeable range to choose from.

Very happy with the aesthetic and quality of the Apollo Roma, Peta and Delonghi column radiators and valves. Quick responding customer service with questions I had on my order and prompt customer service.

Ordered online (Saturday) and radiator delivered Tuesday.
Company sent receipt of purchase immediately and checked about delivery.
Plumber fitted it Friday!!

The radiator looks great and certainly heats the room its been installed in.
The service from the sales/delivery team was excellent. They were helpful and kept me informed about delivery at all times

Good price, able to change delivery date
The Roma radiator was well packaged and delivered on the specified day. Manufacturer's instructions are not great but the product is excellent. I shall order another when I get on to the next room.
Courier was personable enough but moaned on about me opening the package as per CF's instructions.

nice looking radiator
radiators look great.
Although radiators arrived without mounting clips or end caps, mounting clips arrived after contacting column rdiators 4u but no ends caps and one of them leaked inwhich the plumber was able to sort out.
