Everything was good. Easy to order and the radiator came quickly. They couldn't give us a delivery date when we ordered as it was delivered by the manufacturer but the manufacturer was very helpful as was the shop.

Arrived promptly, well packaged

The towel radiator we ordered arrived damaged by the courier. One call had a new one on the way with minimal fuss.
Fitting was easy and the product quality is fantastic for the price.

Jax gave amazing service and was always available to sort out any queries. Her quotes were prompt and I’m delighted with the finished look 🙏🏻

We’ve had a great experience with justradiators. The staff are very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had about our order. We particularly liked the fact they emailed shortly after the order was placed to check we were aware and approved of their lead times. Our recent correspondence with one staff member (Jax) was very positive and their actions went above and beyond to satisfy out query.

Gave expected lead time, checked we wanted to go ahead with chosen colour radiator (non refundable once committed) - all happened as expected. Good sturdy radiator.

The radiator suits my purpose but the crap i was sold relating to this wasn't fit for purpose! Wasted money!!

Great choice and communications … will use again

Delivery was fast and arranged a convenient time and arrived promptly even to a difficult village with narrow access. The radiators were well packed with clear instructions and easy to fit and worked straight out of the box, and connected to the internet easily after a couple of tries so they can be controlled remotely.

Love the radiator finish.
Only issue was leaks from radiator tails.
It seems like the 1/2 “ bsp tappings are such that a 1/2” bspt tail has to be screwed in very deep and tight to make a seal.

Brilliant service, delivery was prompt, would recommend.

Difficult size of radiator to source, found Just Radiators on line and found the price plus carriage to be compatible with a local supplier who did not want to transfer the sales between branches which would have meant a 60 mile round trip to purchase this item.
I was not wanting this ASAP so I could not see a problem with a nationwide company accomplishing this sale, however Just Radiators supplied and delivered this within 3 days between their North of England depot and Central Scotland
So pleased with purchase price and delivery
