I’ve been ordering our calendars for over 20 years and have always had a great experience! Mary is amazing and helps us every year. She’s always responsive, friendly, and very helpful. The quality of the calendars is excellent, and we’re always very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend!

We gave COMDA several opportunities over the years, and each attempt involved a significant issue.

The first time, our order never went ahead after the sales representative who quoted us left the company. On another occasion, our contact moved out of sales, communication stalled, and our calendars did not arrive until January—well past when we needed them.

COMDA subsequently contacted us repeatedly to regain our business. We eventually agreed to give them another chance. This time, the written quote included a colour printing charge that had not been included in the verbal quote. Deborah acknowledged the error, apologized, and explained that her manager had offered a reduced colour printing charge because of it. Deborah was polite and professional throughout.

My experience with the manager, Jacquie, was very different. I found her rude and dismissive. She questioned my account of the verbal quote and repeatedly spoke over me when I tried to explain.

When I submitted a written complaint and requested escalation, the response was: “We do not have an existing business relationship with you so, I will ask that you stop contacting us.” I was subsequently told that the owner had decided to end the business relationship. My concerns remained unanswered.

A quoting mistake could have been resolved. The way the complaint was handled is why I would not recommend COMDA.

The business calendar ordering process is simple, convenient, economical and great products. Use Comda every year to purchase office calendars for our office to give to clients. Everyone loves them.
