Misled, Over-charged, & Disappointed
MISLED, OVER-PRICED & NO REFUND!!!
Tip: Avoid this company.
We booked ComfortPass Plus as we currently have mobility challenges and needed assistance.
We were supposed to be met kerbside with a porter, but had to struggle with bags from vehicle into terminal building and right up to first security check, where we eventually found the agents.
Instead of fast track lanes, we were pushed to front of small queues which caused confusion for everyone & was awkward/embarrassing.
Massively over-charged paying 80€ each, fast track WITH lounge access offered in airport for 56€ per person.
Email stated ‘Airport Lounge’, but this was not provided. Left confused, disappointed & feeling that we’d been ripped off!
Requested partial refund - company responded that their communication is ‘universal’ & no case to answer (unacceptable!).
Company not interested in fulfilling their commitment of: “Zero risk - 100% money-back guarantee, always” as advertised.
ADDENDUM (in response to supplier’s reply): Facts which travellers need to be aware of:
- The comms used, which you describe as ‘universal’, are at best misleading;
- The price charged (80€ each) was extortionately high for what was actually provided;
- Particularly when compared to better / more inclusive services that are available to purchase in the airport & at a fraction of the cost;
- The ‘service’ we received was a waste of time & left us feeling that we had been mugged / scammed!;
- You have failed to accept any accountability; and
- You have declined to offer us a partial refund, even as a gesture of goodwill.
