Walk away from this company. They charge you for subscription a tricky way and then cancel fast track but too late you paid 75$

It is a scam. They charged me, the service was not availbale + it was a subscription services (with no service). TOTAL SCAM.

Betrug. Ich hatte einen Service gebucht und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, eine Woche später wurde noch einmal eine angebliche Abo-Gebühr abgebucht. Kurz vor der Reise dann die Info, der Service steht nicht zur Verfügung.
Ich musste die Beträge durch meine Kreditkartenfirma zurück buchen lassen.

I wanted to book a Fast Track service for the CDG airport. I paid with my credit card. Shortly afterward, I received an email saying that due to technical difficulties, no Fast Track service is available for this airport. They also told me not to worry, as my credit card would not be charged.

About a week later, however, my credit card was still charged over €65.

as everyone else has written....you get sucked in by a low price and then they send you an email saying they cant give you fast pass for the day/airport that you want....then a week later you get charged a $75 fee for their monthly charge

I was randomly charged a Euro 65,00 subscription a week after requesting a one time pass for Johannesburgh airport that was never confirmed. Your billing details are saved and used without your knowledge to continue paying without your consent. The website is surely dodgy, no way to see your subscription and no way to challenge the unauthorized fees!
Don't use it !!!

Quick response from support, and professionaly handled. Even I did a mistake and subscribed .. they canceled and refunded.

I was randomly charged a £75 subscription a month after purchasing a one time pass for Luton airport. This is clearly a scam where your billing details are saved and used without your knowledge to continue paying without your consent. The website is also dodgy, there is barely any information on your account, no way to see your subscription and no way to challenge the unauthorized fees!
Edit: the company replied quickly and agreed to refund the fee

Don’t even try to request the fast lane service. They will say there is no availability and meanwhile they hook you up with a recurring subscription of $75. Wonder where they got these 5-star reviews, that you cannot click or verify, from on their website…

As other’s have stated, you pay the one time fee for the service. They later claim no availability, only to be charged $75 multiple times with a claim you agreed to a membership. Was scammed out of receiving the service, and they proceeded to steal from me.

Very bad service as first no contacts to the company except email and web chat, 2nd they don’t clearly describe the service in details and when I cancelled one week before the trip they refused to refund as they have issued QR code, which is totally unfair

Ho cercato di acquistare un fast track al volo perché ero in ritardo mentre mi recavo in aeroporto. L'acquisto non è nemmeno riuscito, ma il giorno dopo mi ritrovo un addebito di 75 dollari per una abbonamento automatico sottoscritto al momento del tentato acquisto. Al limite della truffa.

I got got charged $140 to get through Bangkok airport instead of $97 which was advertised then one week later they have taken out another $107 for no reason. Now I can’t contact them and I have to cancel my credit card.

I ordered fast line departure from Phuket airport yesterday. We where 5 adult and 2 children and all went well and it was "nice" to avoid the long que.
After I ordered I read trustpilot and was afraid that I was scammed, but I was not. Two things: I think it's best to order this a couple of days before your departure AND also cancel the subscription in then E-mail you will get from Fast line VIP. (to avoid the 3 months premium subscription). I also notice that the link they send only works the first time. Something to remember.

This is a scam and a very bad nightmare. Their bots will respond with a refund, then proceed to charge you again. It will be necessary to take legal action against this company.

After payment, you receive an email saying that there will be no service and your card will not be charged. Then your card is charged anyway for a 3-month premium subscription that you never requested.

Beware, it's a scam. Booked fast track for airport but after paying, received an email to say no availability. Then, a week later, they have deducted money from my bank account, after setting up a subscription to take money every three months. This wasn't something I had agreed to or signed up for.

As previous reviewers have noted this is a scam. They will state that they can provide a service to clear passport control quickly if you subscribe to their service. Then when you have been accepted they will send an e-mail apologising that the service is no longer available, they will say you have not been charged. However, you will have been charged for the service and $75 taken form your credit card, they will then try and take another $75 every three months, so contact your card company and get it blocked if you have been caught. They may offer a refund, that will never come, they have no ability to deliver this service, it is a complete fraud and no monies will be returned.
