Dr Shazia is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I was very anxious over breast lump but Dr Shazia ease my worries!

I booked Comfort scan for my 8year old son.Shazia was absolutely amazing. She has a very warm approach, and thoroughly explained the whole process. Having a service who can accommodate home visits is a great facility. Highly recommened

Absolutely amazing. I’ve honestly had the best experience with shazia today. So polite, calming and hygiene was 100 percent. I booked in late last night after finding a lump in my breast via the website and by 1pm today my scan was done. Shazia explained everything she was doing and everything we could see on the screen. Shazia checked all the surrounding areas along with the area needed and completely put my mind at ease. Highly experienced and very respectful. The waiting lists at hospitals at the moment are a few weeks at least. To have someone come to your house with no waiting time at all was amazing. I can’t thank you enough you really are making a difference

I have a number of medical issues that I wanted to be looked at very quickly, and contacted Comfort Scan to discuss my options. After speaking to DR Shazia for advice I chose the full Abdomen Scan. An appointment was made very quickly for the morning of the following day. This allowed me to fast overnight ready for the full scan in the morning.
Having the scan at home was relaxing, comfortable and so much less stressful than having to go to a clinic or a hospital. If I could, I would choose this option for treatment at home every time.
DR Shazia and her colleague were very friendly and arrived on time for the appointment.
DR Shazia was extremely thorough explaining and showing me everything as we moved through the scan. She answered all my questions. She is definitely a very experienced and knowledgeable professional pointing out all her findings and how they affected me medically.
I was so pleased that I had chosen Comfort Support for the scan.
Early the following morning I received a full and detailed assessment report.
This listed the scan results of each area checked, comments on each area and recommendations for future treatment.
At the same time a copy of the report plus all the attached photographic evidence was also sent to my medical health centre.
So in the space of 48 hours I had booked a scan, had a very detailed scan completed and a copy of the scan assessment sent to my GP along with proposed recommendations. I can now contact my GP and have meaningful discussions about the way forward.
I highly recommend Comfort Scan for a very professional service at your home and also very good value for money.

Great experience ! I called the company and they happened to have space and were at my house attending to my child in a couple of hours. They also managed to write the report really quickly with lots of pictures and video. Good communication. Would recommend and use their service again. I also felt the pricing was fair and ment it was affordable and accessible which is really needed these days when the nhs makes you wait too long

Dr Shazia is absolutely incredible. She managed to give me an appointment one hour earlier and even came with all her own equipment. What a relief not to avoid the extremely long NHS waiting times.

She is very professional and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, which truly put my mind at ease. I also want to highlight how clean and hygienic everything was — she carefully disinfected everything multiple times, which I really appreciated.

She sent me a very detailed report the same evening, including all the scan images, and even took the time to contact me again afterwards to make sure I had understood everything and to let me know I could ask any questions I wanted.

Her prices are very reasonable considering the peace of mind she provides.
Honestly, this lady is a real gem. Please don’t hesitate — you won’t regret it!

I’ve just had a breast scan with Dr Shazia at Comfort Scan to check on my implants, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She was incredible — so warm, so thorough, and she instantly put me at ease. She even checked my ovaries while she was there, which gave me so much peace of mind.

Amazing. Dr Shazia attended next day to examine my disabled mother in her nursing home room. Professional, kind, caring, and patient with mums situation. Followed up afterwards to personally check on progress. The incredible part is I arranged it all from Canada! Highly recommended - thank you and God bless you Dr Shazia.

I needed a paediatric ultrasound in Milton Keynes area. Unfortunately none of the local private scan companies are offering scans for children. I was very surprised to find out that Comfort scan offers scans at home.l including paediatric scans. It was very convenient and the price is good as well. Dr Shazia is an excellent professional sonograf with over 20 years experience, was able to give us advice and support us with guidance for the next steps for an diagnostic.
I'm sure they will have a lot of success with their private scans at home!

WOW, what an amazing experience. At midnight after being told in A&E that it would take approximately 11hrs for my 7 year old daughter to see a doctor, have a scan and then get the results i decided to look online. Despite being nervous about doing so, In the early hours of the morning I booked an appointment with Comfortscan for 10am THAT MORNING and they were there on the dot. Both were so professional and lovely. Shazia was fantastic, she made my daughter feel so relaxed and communicated with us all throughout the scan. Having the scan at our home made my daughter feel less anxious. In Less than 12hrs we received the results!!.

Please do not hesitate (like I did lol) to book with Comfortscan, they are absolutely brilliant

Dr Shazia Shahid is the best sonographer I have ever encountered. I was becoming increasingly worried about my lymph nodes, which were enlarging, and the NHS advised me to wait over a week for an ultrasound. I opted for Comfort Care and booked an appointment at 2am and came the next day at 10am on the dot. It is a family-run business with very kind owners who treated me like their own son. The lead sonographer is also a doctor and was able to answer all of my questions regarding my infection. Truly exceptional service, worth every pound and gives you such peace of mind. I would give them extra stars if I could

Dr Shazia was able to make me a next day appointment at my home. She arrived promptly and has the latest equipment. She explained what she was doing and is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. I received a report later the same day including links to the images. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the service and have recommended her to many friends.

I was feeling very anxious about a couple of things for both me and my 6 yo daughter. So having searched for paediatric scan availability I was resigned to the fact I would have to wait 2 weeks and then go to London. But then I found Comfort Scan. I messaged Comfort Scan in the morning at 8am and Shazia replied straight away. She was able to come to our home that evening, despite the weather. She was professional, personable, thorough, clear and reassuring. Her report was quick, comprehensive and she was on hand to clarify and answer (multiple) questions. I am surprised more people don’t offer such a mobile service as it really is a game changer. But what makes it really stand out is their customer care. Her kindness and empathy is much needed and appreciated, and unlike other private scans is available for clarification or questions once the report has been delivered. No red tape or un manned email addresses.
