We were at Marfa Bay for 745 to get first ferry. I walk with stick so need to be organised, I was shocked at the amount of ignorant rude people pushing in. We went up to the boat to find no organisation, staff let everyone pile on which was reckless, surprised none in ended up in the sea. Having been first to buu tickets didn't even manage to get on to ferry. They brought another tiny boat up I couldn't get on to do got our money back when complained.

In one way was normal service with medium ferry. But return was made with tiny boat. Helmsman was very reckless. He made race speed with other boat (jumping on waves). He sailed more than twice as first boat. Assistant set music volume to 100% and laughed from people that had complains. Few persons was very upset and scared from this situation. I know that some drunked clients had fun but rest wasn't happy.

We booked an activity to visit the Blue Lagoon in Malta, which was cancelled on site by the staff due to bad weather. We were clearly informed that the activity was cancelled and that a full refund would be issued.

This refund policy is also stated in their terms and conditions. However, more than a month has passed, three emails have been ignored, and no refund has been received.

Paying for a service that is not provided and then receiving no response is deeply concerning. This experience gives the impression of a business practice that customers should be very cautious about.

We had a round trip malta-comino, but they left us in gozo without any assistance or crew support. We had to buy another ticket from another company. Terrible assistance and they no cares at all about their passenger.

Do not buy the trip with this company.
