Like many entrepreneurs, I have ADHD. Unmedicated, I’m creative as hell but with the productivity of a glacier. If I get impactful stuff done, it takes a millennium. With medication, I am less creative and more productive, but I over-focus on busy work as a substitute for real progress. With medication and Commit Action, my production is guided directly by the impact I want to make. My accountability coach helps me make sure my impact is measurable and moves at a visible and sustainable pace. Steady execution of effective action allows my creativity to flourish again. I now have a little business doing great big things and that’s exactly what I wanted. I will be retiring comfortably next year and let my business become my hobby because Commit Action helped me curate an incredible succession team. For the last 10 years, Commit Action has seated me securely at the intersection of preparation and opportunity — helping me make my own luck through very rocky times in a very volatile industry. Thank you, Commit Action! You’ve been worth every dime.

Great Accountability. Nothing is better than telling your coach what you will be working on. And for the coach to followup with you the next week to make sure you are working on it. Currently working through their Headstart program. I'm optimistic that this will be game changing for me. A great tool for entrepreneurs.

Adrianne has been an awesome coach! As a solopreneur, it has been very helpful to have someone else to talk to about business challenges, goal set for the future, and keep me accountable for getting tasks done that I would otherwise procrastinate on.

I just read a review here on Trustpilot about an angry email the client received from the owner of Commit Action Peter. I have to say I’m not surprised. On Instagram I wrote a two line simple comment that I had a better experience with the coach company Strawberry than this company Commit Action and he responded with an angry post claiming that I was a “paid stooge.”

I legitimately had a far better experience with two different Strawberry coaches I worked with, and they both were older, more experienced and had ICF coaching certifications. Both of the two coaches I worked with at Commit Action had neither coaching certifications, did not ask insightful questions and were inconsistent on follow through. I was shocked to see the owner Peter claimed my honest review on instagram was fake just because he didn’t like the content of my review.

I worked with Commit Action for many months in 2024. I’ve also filled out the form you requested. This was my experience.

Elizabeth and Commit Action were excellent. Elizabeth, always asked the right questions to help me get focused and stay on task. Additionally, I was going through a tough transitional time at my firm and Elizabeth was understanding and helped with added support when needed. It was clear that Elizabeth was well trained and truly cares about her clients and their success.

When I started with CommitAction, I was 6 months in as a new entrepreneur with not a lot of progress toward my annual goals (and dreams). I felt like I would 'do a lot' and not make any progress each week. Within 60 days of starting with them, the investment had paid off and we doubled our revenue just with their intentional coaching method helping me focus on the key things to get results. Then, 7 months in, the stretch goals for this year started happening. I've literally quadrupled in revenue and have still had a joyfilled life and not buried in work. I've been a business owner for over twenty years and flying by the seat of my pants (using my gut instinct) has been my strategy most of that time. Without a doubt I've made progress but I began to burn out and not see the growth I had always envisioned. Commit Action is life-changing!

Before I started CA, I was spinning - I had too many things to do and couldn't figure out how to get it all done. Being a solo entrepreneur can be really overwhelming and lonely!

Elizabeth and I have worked together over the past year and she's helped me get systems in place, figure out what to focus on, and, most importantly, uncover the underlying issues that were preventing me from growing my business the way I'd hoped. She's an amazing coach and has, quite honestly, changed my life!

I looked at CA for over a year before signing up and I wish I'd just gone for it when I first saw it - it's a life-changing accountability tool!

I signed up with Commit Action over two years ago because I wanted a straightforward way to keep myself on track with personal and business goals.

I had become very frustrated over the uears that certain objectives I had been trying to obtain were elusive, and I wanted to try something different, and that is where Commit Action entered the scene.

I already had goals that I wanted to accomplish, and within the first few sessions my coach Elizabeth had asked me what was stopping me from having the goals right now, as opposed to some imaginary place in the future. And that was my first breakthrough: i could see that the answer to the question was the stories I had been playing to myself were the things stopping me from getting what I wanted.

Needless to say, I have accomplished a huge amount by following the simple principle of turning up for my weekly session every week, and being open to coaching.
