Excellent service, very fair and honest. Did their best to find cheapest alternative to screen replacement and sourcing new battery for my Apple laptop Mac Pro 15" (2013). Helpful home pick up and drop off. Highly recommended.

Multiple collections offered at a 60% discounted rate around hours that were normally not serviceable including a FREE replacement battery with fast-tracked postage allowing for the return of your device 3 days prior to due date we would think demonstrates our commitment to our customers.

I’m so happy with the service, they answered my request immediately and quickly scheduled a collection appointment. The engineer who had my laptop was amazing and communicated with me for everything necessary. 100% would recommend the service!

Liquid damage and faulty cables are common fixes with all ranges of MacBooks so glad we were able to turn your device round and return the following day.
My hard drive went blank
My hard drive went blank and although it could not be resolved due to technical reasons, the guys at CompFixAid did their best to help me out.
Preliminary consultation was really helpful.
They are very trustful.

Faultless service
Such a great service! Spilt hot water over my laptop and the screen instantly cut out. CompFixAid picked it up from my work within a few hours, fixed it and dropped it back off to my work all within 48hours! Great communication throughout :)
