I have been a service user with complete care for a number of years. The staff are all friendly and helpful: They help to keep me independent within my own home.

Happy professional care has been given to my parents for 18 months. Any problems have always been dealt with quickly by both those in the office and the visiting carers. Excellent and easy communication is in place. Has eased a lot of the stress that comes with caring for parents with dementia for both my brother and I.

I can not praise Complete Care enough. I am now confident that my mother is taking her correct meds which was not the case before she had carers. She has 3 visits per day which she actually looks forward to, not just because she feels cared for but also she loves to chat with all the carers who she gets on so well with and feels like she has a whole new circle of friends which is so important now that she is housebound.

I have only been employed with complete care for 4 weeks and already I feel a part of the team.everyone is so helpful and friendly and are there at a drop of a hat if you need any support.truly is a amazing company

I’ve worked at complete care for about 3 months now and over the past 3 months I’ve noticed the positive and powerful connection and communication between office staff and community staff , i have been provided with full training to ensure i am as confident as possible in my job role , overall i really do love working at complete care there’s no feeling quite like helping the community

I have worked for complete care for over 2 years. I have been supported exceptionally well by my manager and the team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them regardless of how many times you ask something.

I have started working with the company, I can honestly say it is a wonderful place to work. The management team is very professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive of their staff. They create an environment where you feel valued and respected, which makes a big difference when starting in a new role.

Also I did all my trainings with the training department at Complete Care West Yorkshire, and I must say the experience has been excellent from the very beginning. The trainer were extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and patient, ensuring that every member of the team fully understood the training material and felt confident before starting work.

The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help one another. It really feels like being part of a supportive community rather than just a workplace. The organisation clearly prioritises both staff wellbeing and high-quality care for clients, which makes working here very rewarding.
