Professional excellent service

Patrick Flood was extremely thorough in both his assessment and the execution of the remedial works required to resolve a longstanding damp problem affecting our front bay window.

The damp issue had originally been caused by months of flooding from Thames Water, with water repeatedly entering and passing beneath the front of our property. Patrick quickly identified the cause, recommended the appropriate solution, and carried out the work to a very high standard. The problem has now been successfully resolved.

Patrick is friendly, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. We were impressed by both his expertise and attention to detail throughout the project.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Patrick and his services.

Burst tank

Patrick was here prompt and looking professional. He’s knowledge about getting my property back to liveable after my water tank went in the loft was second to none. Very happy would defo recommend.

Very professional service

Very professional service. I had a reasonably sized mold issue after long term leak/flood. Mr Flood performed a survey and sent me a comprehensive report detailing the damage, water levels, and exactly what would be the works needed to remediate it. All pricing was quoted upfront prior to works taking place. The repairs were also clearly explained to me, along any impact of works that were optional or nice to have rather than strictly necessary. Also very responsive whenever I had questions. Cost wise was reasonable as well - justified for the service I received. I would definitely recommend Mr Flood for any mold/water damage problems.

My parent's house had flooded

My parent's house had flooded, and the flood was horrendous.

A pipe in the ceiling had burst whilst they were away on holiday, everything was destroyed. The whole house.

I called Patrick and he has been a great help. He is a man that takes his work very seriously, is clear in his communication, and methodical in his approach. He provided a clear pathway to get my parents house, dried, safe and ready to be built on and was ready at a moments notice. He really knows his trade, knows it well, and to a high standard.

What I really didn't want, was someone that would cut corners when it comes to moisture and damp cause that's a recipe for disaster in the future, and Patrick is treating my house as I'm sure he would treat his.

In a tough time when the walls are literally crumbling around you, having a trusted expert by your side is priceless - and that's what Patrick is.

Professional, meticulously detailed work

Mr. Flood was an absolute professional and a true gentleman. He responded to my inquiry on very short notice and made time in his schedule within hours to quickly assess and remediate a serious mold issue. From the moment he arrived, he treated the situation with care and clarity, explaining not just what he saw, but what it meant for my health and next steps. His calm presence, humorous and respectful demeanor, and genuine concern for my wellbeing all stood out immediately. He went above and beyond to walk me through the deeper root of the problem, and in a moment of stress, he brought a sense of confidence, trust, and integrity. I can’t recommend his services highly enough. If you’re dealing with mold or damp problems, Mr. Flood is the man you want in your corner 10 times out of 10.

Mr Flood Ltd carried out a survey at my…

Mr Flood Ltd carried out a survey at my property and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting the basement. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood exactly what needed to be done.

Following the survey, they completed the necessary works to fully tank the basement and then redecorated it throughout to a flawless finish. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and the end result has completely transformed the space.

They were extremely tidy and polite at all times and kept everything clean and organised throughout the job.

I would highly recommend Mr Flood Ltd to anyone needing this type of work carried out. A genuinely professional service from start to finish. 10/10.

Quality service

Quality service! we were given a very detailed report with lots of information how to tackle on going issues and how to prepare and prevent future problems. 5 page report with 100+ images will most certainly be using Mr Floods services again.
