Stay away
Stay away! They will deceive you into believing that the 299.00 is all you pay.. After you pay that, then they’ll reveal there is another “Platinum Package “ that you can buy for another 300.00! These folks are con artists and scammers.. I requested a refund and they wouldn’t refund based on my answering some questions on the website! Worst online company I’ve ever dealt with! It only cost 150.00 to file the divorce papers in court so why is there two separate packages?

Do Not Use !
To be clear uncontested divorce with cooperative spouse. Terrible customer service no response to emails and when they do they do not answer questions. Constant delays due to “ increased case load”, as well as the coin phrase “ we have escalated this to a case worker” and will respond within two business days. Don’t waste your money I even upgraded to the platinum plan thinking that would help.
Note: Still no email response from company as of 11/14. I did receive an email from Trustpilot to verify my review. Find it interesting the company responds to positive reviews.

Complete waste of money and time
Complete waste of money and time. I had to file with the court myself, only to be told the files were antiquated and not up-to-date and then the judge dismissed our case due to the information not being up to par. So it was all a waste of money and will now have to spend even more to hire an attorney for an uncontested divorce. DO NOT USE!
