This is the second occasion I have used Complete Fitted furniture. They are always very helpful and professional. Originally they didn’t have the colour doors I wanted but managed to source them. From sales to installation they were always very professional.

We were very pleased with the initial visit for a built-in bookcase, and with the fitting on the day. We have used Complete Fitted Furniture before for a bookcase and were pleased then.

Great company, with fantastic after sales service. Would highly recommend them.

The designer did a great job of both listening to what I wanted and making useful suggestions based on his extensive experience. The fitter was very professional; a nice, polite man and left everything clean and tidy. The furniture itself is good quality and looks great. We had a small issue with one of the drawers not closing properly, but they sent someone out quickly to rectify that. I would definitely use them again.

I have been extremely pleased with the service from Complete Fitted Furniture from start to finish. James really listened and understood what we wanted. His design of our media center is stunning. We have recently refurbished a bungalow, making extensive use of Complete Finished Furniture for wardrobes, office furniture, a media unit, sideboard and a display cabinet.

We are absolutely delighted with the media wall that Complete have just fitted for us. From our first contact with them they have been great with providing help & advice in helping achieve the beautiful media wall that we dreamed of. James & Francesca were superb while we were working up a design from our initial thoughts & then the installation team of Charlie, Sean, Sam & Peter brought the whole thing to life in our living room. Liane was invaluable with her liaison re timings, etc - nothing was too much trouble. The way that they worked to sort out any problem encountered on site was amazing. The whole process was great from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics or hidden “discounts” that only get offered if you don’t take the first price quoted. Transparent communications throughout. End product is high quality and expertly finished. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Highly recommend.
