I'm sorry to hear that one of your doors sustained damage at the hands of the couriers which caused you to experience our 'fantastic' Customer Service ie we sent you a replacement straight away. I'm delighted to hear, however, that you were able to choose from our huge range of colours and textures which suited you best.

I'm so sorry that they did not arrive on the due date which, as you know was caused by the fact that, on the Isle of Man we have to use a local courier who proved to be very elusive. However, it's good to hear that you clearly recognised that we did everything we could to help, on the day and for that I thank you.
