I have been a customer of this company for 2 years, I am enrolled in a boiler plan with them which I pay monthly, giving me the peace of mind should something go wrong with my heating system between servicing, I have just had to call them out for a heating oil leak, they were prompt to attend, friendly, competent and gave additional advice regarding my energy usage which I appreciated! Can’t fault the team tbh, if your looking for a company to look after your boiler/heating needs I can fully recommend them 👍🏼

They came out the next day, fixed my problem explained what he was doing and when he finished explained how my water system works. Would totally recommend this company.

Efficient booking system, annual reminders, fair pricing in line with market.

Engineers have always been on time, polite and friendly, and shown care over the whole system giving advice and fixing minor issues there and then rather than other companies who just turn up to do the bare minimum servicing and then disappear, or quote for a whole new set of work incurring another call out charge.

Great company who I use every year for servicing and if there are ever other issues throughout the year.

Had a kitchen plumbing 'emergency' on a Saturday. One of the company principals turned up within the hour, assessed the problem and made temporary solution. The job was finished on the Monday. Superb, friendly service once again. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As far as I'm concerned they are the best. Nothing too much trouble. Always happy to accommodate. the customer with appointments that suit the customer.

I phoned up with a hot water failure on the combi boiler and was so relieved to get somebody round that afternoon. The engineer was polite and worked to find the fault, fitted the part and explained exactly what he had done. Can't fault the service.

CG&P is supported by a very competent, qualified team of engineers, v. good workmanship, and always at a fair cost. I have used their services four times in the last two years, they're always helpful and do a proper job. I have no hesitation to recommend.

Pre- service communication was great and quote was competitive.

Engineer called 10mins ahead and arrived on time. Friendly, professional and great service.
Boiler service was completed with no issues and the engineer made sure that it was all ok before leaving.

As a pensioner, without heating or hot water suddenly at the weekend, it is quite a minefield to find a trustworthy engineer to fix my boiler on line. From start to finish, CG&P presented a safe pair of hands! The website, first phone call, punctual arrival of your engineer (who was polite & informative) & fast repair - a totally professional team. You can use this company with absolute certainty that the job will be done properly. They are busy because they are good and it's worth waiting a few days for an appointment. There is no faffing around with let's try this or that, the problems are diagnosed quickly and the repairs effected likewise.

From the very first phone call I was impressed by how knowledgeable and accommodating the staff were.
On the day of the boiler service I was not disappointed!
The boiler service process was explained to me and included other processes that I had not witnessed by previous plumbers that I had used.
