Review of Complete Tractor Company
Ordered the “Complete Tractor 1410-0127 Cushion Set Compatible with/Replacement for John Deere 105 Combine”, which is listed as having three parts, through Amazon. However, only the two bottom pieces were included in the shipment. We contacted Complete Tractor to explain the situation but were told that, since the item was purchased through Amazon, we would have to contact Amazon to make it right. We contacted Amazon, twice; the first time, we were told to contact the manufacturer, and the second time we were offered to return the item for a $33.00 restocking fee and to reorder it (which we would NEVER do from Complete Tractor again). To replace the missing part would be $40.00, so it would be an incredible hassle to rebox the original item and then drive somewhere to return it, to lose $33.00 and then have to reorder, hoping all the parts were there the second time! So, back to the manufacturer we went, only to be told that they would not do anything because it was ordered on Amazon. After informing him that we were going to leave a review, he couldn’t care less. Reading a few other reviews of this item on Amazon, we found out that others were missing the third piece and the company will not make it right. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO BUY YOUR PARTS FROM.

Horrible company to deal with, bought a starter from them that was defective, (crack in the housing). It cost me almost $80 to have delivered to Canada and they say the only way they'll replace it is if I pay another $80 shipping each way even though they sent me a defective product. Customer service is horrible and now they've ghosted me. Do yourselves a favour, save the headaches and go somewhere else. This company sells cheap parts and have no remorse ripping people off.

Don't write reviews to often.
But this was a great experience.
Even though it was my fault that I ordered the wrong part.
They refunded entire amount even the tax and no shipping on returns.
Complete tractor is on my list for preferred shopping.

Parts as described. Worked ok

The eye on the rod of the master cylinder came off the first push! It was never welded to the rod! Quality not the best! UPS Shipping took 8 days!

I am very satisfied with purchases made at Complete Tractor.

First time using them, I bought a hydraulic pump and I haven’t test got it back on my tractor so I can’t say the product works good but I can say you people are great to work with. Thank you for being honest and treating us good ole fashioned blue collar guys with integrity. Makes buying from you guys thinking we could get scammed the last thing we worry about. So a big thank you for being a great business, I’ll post a update when I get my pump in and working hopefully in the next 10-20 days.

The part i order don't fit, I check and double check, the web site and no doubt is supposed to fit, but no!
So what ever I gonna order from a other site and put the starter in the garbage.

they have a replacement seal for less than half of the OEM seal

Product worked as it should, very happy with they delivery, it showed up before anticipated time.

Exact duplicate radiator for 1976 Woodchuck chipper.
Package was bomb proof.
Perfect fit.
