Trying to return a part

Trying to return a part, seems whom ever is responding to the emails is just trying to be difficult. I’m not sure how many ways I have to explain that a part I ordered does not fit and I replaced that part with a stock part off another motor
 soooo I assume that you have sent the wrong part. Whether I ordered the wrong part or you sent the wrong part it doesn’t fit and it needs returns!

Kaylee, we’re sorry for the frustration here. After reviewing this further, the initial denial should not have been the final answer, and we have addressed that internally with our returns department.

That is also why I personally called you after seeing your concern, so we could better understand what happened and try to get to the bottom of the fitment issue. If the part is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there is another product-related issue, we can absolutely work with the manufacturer to try to get this resolved.

To move forward, we still need the information and photos that were requested. Specifically, we need clear photos of the harmonic balancer itself, including any part numbers, labels, markings, damaged areas, and photos showing the exact area where it would not fit. The manufacturer needs this information to determine whether this is a fitment issue, shipping damage, an incorrect part, or a possible defect.

Our most recent correspondence on June 15th again requested these photos and details, but we have not received a response yet. We are not trying to make the process difficult. We are trying to gather the information required so the manufacturer can review the issue properly and advise us on the next step.

Please send the requested photos and fitment details as soon as possible so we can continue working toward getting this situation resolved.

Pure Diesel went over and above to remedy an issue with my order. Although it was a shaky start, I have full confidence in PDP and there selection of parts. I also believe that any business experiences the occasional glitch, the way that issue is handled, is the difference between a shoddy operation, and a quality company. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in PDP’s ability to provide Quality parts, and the Grace to own occasional miscues, to the satisfaction of the customer.
I will definitely be using PDP for future parts!

We also tried reaching out by phone because we’ve used this part in the application you asked about, and we’d really like to understand what didn’t fit or measure correctly in your case. If there is an issue with the listed measurements or application information, we want to review it and get it corrected.
