Conceptions is amazing!! Dr Bush knew exactly how to help us, and the nursing staff is always there for us. The front office is kind and friendly. I loved working with the staff, and I would highly recommend Conceptions!!

Excellent clinic. Very responsive to questions and needs. I had worked with a different clinic previously and wish I had found Conceprions earlier due to their extremely superior patient treatment.

I love love love Conceptions. After two failed IVF attempts at a different clinic I switched to Dr Bush with Conceptions. From the beginning he was kind, understanding, and confident. His nursing staff is amazing as well and was always on top of communication. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of fertility clinics and I am happy to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant.

Every person I came in contact with was kind, patient and helpful. I always felt cared for, and that I was never 'just a number'. My doctor, Dr. Greene was personable and always so lighthearted, which was so helpful when dealing with the heaviness of infertility. I switched from CCRM, and I am so glad we made the switch. Thanks for giving us our son, Logan, and for making it possible to have even a second this spring!

We met our doctor as couple and due to help and guidance of our doctor we got a chance to get pregnant and can enjoy this golden moment and will soon be blessed with a baby in our life after a decade .Thankyou sooo much .

My husband and I had gone to another infertility clinic prior to coming to Conceptions for a year. Although the people were nice at the other clinic, we did not feel that they were being as thorough as possible. We actually switched to Conceptions because our insurance changed, but we are so glad that we did.
Dr Bush's staff is top rate. After going there for a couple of months, everyone greeted me by name when I walked into the office. The people there just cared . . . taking the time to listen to us and working us through the long process.
After 2 failed IVF attempts, Dr Bush talked us into attempting once more and we are so glad he did as our baby boy is due in 5 months! I can't say enough good things about Conceptions and we are so glad we came here!

Everyone at Conceptions were wonderful to work with every step of the way! This was our first time going to a fertility dr and it was scary and we had lots of questions and everyone was very helpful and gave quick responses. This place runs like a well oiled machine :) we are now 17 weeek pregnant THANKS to Dr. Green and his amazing staff!

Conceptions is Amazing! They have helped us start to build our family and from the first appointment they made us feel really comfortable. They were very responsive to my questions and always very on top of my care!
Infertility can be stressful and scary but they always made me feel at ease no matter what situation would arise!
Their whole team is truly awesome! They kept us informed and was great at communication especially when it came to all of our options!
Thanks to them We now have a sweet healthy baby boy on the way!!

This was my 3rd IVF clinic. Finally expecting!

Conceptions is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Grindler is kind, gentle, honest, and genuinely caring. The entire nursing staff made sure my husband and I were truly well and on the right track. Even the phlebotemists, ultrasound techs, and receptionists were wonderful and took the time to get to know us, and to consistently reassure us that we were going to be okay. I can't recommend them all highly enough, and I am profoundly grateful for all they did for us and our little family.

We had a good experience with conceptions. It's a stressful situation being unable to conceive as a couple. We had lots of questions and they took the time to answer our questions and go over everything. Our Dr was very nice and helpful. She explained details pretty well. Its was a good first visit and we will feel comfortable going back.

This was my second time at Conceptions. Doctor Grindler was super friendly and personable, but I felt the nurses were a bit cold. They never introduced themselves to me and talked to me very little while doing the various tests. I am still a bit confused on what my next steps are, as I do not have any kind of follow up appointment scheduled. I wish they were a bit more open with me thorough the process since it can be quite stressful.

The lady Dr. was literally just reading off of a script! My case is different & she did not listen to even know that she needed to think and speak outside of her script. She blankly stared at me while I spoke. I did not feel free to lay it all out. She was cold and lacked personal interest in her job. Kept pushing me to take things that are detrimental to people with the diagnosis I've received. I had to be my own advocate. Good thing I have already read up and studied what is correct.

Wonderful place!. I am so grateful to Conceptions for the wonderful work they do. They are truly performing miracles every day and making it possible for people like myself to enjoy the most wonderful gift there is of having a baby. I went through the IVF process and welcome an adorable little girl this year. She is such a joy and absolutely my whole world. And it was all made possible with the help of Dr. Greene and his wonderful Team!

I had great difficulty getting information from conceptions initially. It was very difficult to call and get information about what exact procedures were available and what steps to take. Much of this may be because they do not have very many customers that live at a distance. The doctor I worked with was excellent and answered all my questions. I have had inconsistent experiences with nurses with some of them giving more information than others. Most of the office staff is Very friendly, but I have also had some interactions with a couple individuals that were not. Overall, my review is on the experience not the actual quality of care which I believe is excellent.

Found our first appt for consultation went well. Got labs and such done same day which was nice. Staff was great.

The Denver office has nice staff. At the Lafayette office, no one seemed happy and the front desk made fun of a patient’s availability problem after hanging up with them. I could hear the whole thing from the lobby.

They were rude to both my husband and I. We drove four hours for a 5-minute meeting with the doctor paid $175 for those 5 minutes and it was supposed to be a 45 minutes console with the doctor. She was very rude and did not help at all. They want to run all these tests on me which would have cost thousands of dollars, but I had a packet deal that would have ran all the same tests and I was told that those tests are for people just starting out to have kids, so they were wanting to charge me even more money... I talked to the secretary prior to the appointment and said that my husband had an appointment for a sample appointment, get there, and they did not have it scheduled, which was even more frustrating. I was very disappointed with everything. Will NOT recommend this facility to anyone, I even had a few friends that were going to go down there as well and told them my experience and they refuse to go there. Being rude to a patient is unacceptable especially when they pay an arm and leg for a 5 minutes meeting on top of drive 4 hours there and 4 hours back home..
