I have used them and have had nothing but a great experience. They send you an entire kit that preserves your sample, then you just ship it back to them, prepaid. I was able to preserve 12 vials, so I technically have that many 'chances' if I ever decide to have children. To my surprise, after my vasectomy, they sent me a "Get Well Soon" gift basket, full of treats and snacks of all kinds. I don't know if they do this for everyone. It was just my experience. It is very affordable storage wise, only a few hundred annually to freeze the samples.

Everything about this was easy. Delivery, processing, shipping, the follow up and results, all great. Even the upsells are actually useful. Overall process was quick, and I have actionable steps to optimize my own fertility.

I work in dangerous conditions. I been worried about my health overall and tested with Legacy. My parameters came back ok but then I saw they had a sperm insights report to supplement my results. I was surprised to find out I have a very good sperm score and lower risk of testicular cancer. Kudos Legacy! Thank you for the informative data.

I was curious about my fertility and wanted to find a clinically validated company to test my sperm. I talked to JD and she guided me through the process and got me set up with very affordable sperm freezing. I also purchased an additional sperm insights report which I found extremely enlightening. The instructions were clearly laid out, and the process was very easy and seamless.

Worst part: They destroyed my precious sample instead of preserving it.
Bad but not a dealbreaker: The kit arrived very late - 7 days. The preservative has to be refrigerated or it's not any good.
VERY bad: They asked me to remove a negative google review in exchange for a refund.

Great kit and easy at-home experience. Also super accurate as I got the same results from Legacy as from my doctor's traditional lab (done both around the same time)

Had an excellent experience with Legacy. The directions are very easy to follow, and they are extremely fast with the product being returned and sending out the results. Would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review preemptively, having just completed the process of storing my sperm. It’s possible I’ll write a different review in a few years when it comes time to use it.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had a specific request to review the analysis of my first sample before committing to storage, and Ali even offered a patrial refund if I was unsatisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by the health of my sample, especially considering it was shipped overnight. Based on that experience, I decided to proceed with long-term storage.

I am a public service worker and am regularly exposed to harmful chemicals as part of my job. The company acknowledged this and offers a reasonable discount, which I greatly appreciate.

In a few years, when it’s time to retrieve my samples and evaluate how well they’ve been preserved, I’ll be sure to update this review. For now, I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Shipped quickly and everything was explained well. My only complaint is that the vial of liquid that comes with the kit is extremely difficult to open.

We live somewhere where it's very difficult to get a semen analysis without a month or more long wait. Had an amazing experience. had a vasectomy and used their post vasectomy product. From start to finish, high level quality of product and service. I cared about clinical validation and clia certification, they were the best option out there.

My wife and I are planning on using IVF in the future and Legacy was the only CLIA certified mail-in sperm kit service we found and that was a requirement from our clinic. They helped get three samples stored without a hitch, even added DNA fragmentation testing too. Great service.
