Kind, caring, informative staff.

Worst hospitality

We meet with Dr. Bush and his team this month and I am so glad we decided to go with Dr. Bush. Great team. They explained EVERY single step and the cost. I love how confident Dr. Bush is that we will be pregnant.

The staff is very friendly. There was one minor communication issue during our first couple of visits and the staff resolved things very quickly. They are very through with our appointments, they do not make me wait and they get things done quickly. I feel valued when I visit the office.

Our experience with Conceptions was very positive from the start. After our initial testing, Dr. Bush was very honest and upfront with us that our best chance to have a baby was by pursuing IVF. After 2 unsuccessful rounds of IUI, we decided to take his advice and pursue IVF. The staff was very knowledgeable and receptive to any and all questions/concerns we had along the way. I was especially impressed with my Transfer Nurse, Ali, who was exceptional at thoroughly explaining everything, answering my questions, and making me feel taken care of at all times. We were lucky enough to become pregnant after only one round of IVF, and we’re very thankful to the expertise of Dr. Bush and his staff for getting us here.

My entire experience with Conceptions was amazing. The efficient scheduling and timely responses made this very stressful process extremely smooth and easy. Dr. Bush and the entire staff were fantastic! We are so excited to meet our baby in January 2020!

The nurses, doctors, and staff are all great and were very helpful and supportive during my IUI, IVF, and Transfer process. They are quite thorough in their procedures and their operations were as smooth as it can get from my experience. I had Dr. Bush as my IVF doctor, and I feel he is one of the best. Thank you all for your service!

All the staff at Conceptions are very welcoming and friendly! We have been trying to conceive for 7yr and we were able to get pregnant on our 1st FET. Dr Bush, Sarah and Alli are absolutely amazing!

We have only had one appointment with DR O'shaughnessy and so far my husband and I fell extremely confident going forward with her for IVF. She was extremely thorough and went through our medical records in detail.

I had all my baseline appointments the following week, I was in and out with the ultrasound, urine test and blood draw within 15min, which would have been unheard of at my other clinic. Nurse Valerie called with my lab results and I had a ton of questions, not only about my results but future testing as well. She took the time to go over every question I had in detail, I know she was busy so that was appreciated!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a healthcare setting. My husband and I visited the Denver/Rose location for a consultation, and the doctor was cold and off-putting from the first moment that we sat down in her office. Based on a quick glance at one, basic hormone test performed by my OBGYN, she immediately told us that I am “not a candidate for IVF” and that I “cannot have a healthy pregnancy at my current weight” despite my OBGYN and GP telling me otherwise. She then went on to say that, even if I lost weight, my “only option is to use a donor egg.” An ultrasound had not even been performed yet to evaluate my follicle count. She did not have all of my medical records. She then continued on, telling us, “Sorry, but I’m very direct.” There’s direct, and then there’s completely lacking in compassion and evidence-based advice. Without knowing anything about our finances or priorities, she even started to tell us how we likely can’t afford to waste our money on treatments that have a slim chance of success. It was immediately clear that Conceptions is all about their IVF success rate, as they have it posted all over the office; apparently they keep their rate so high by turning away couples who aren’t a “sure thing.” It was a humiliating experience, and since our evaluation was based on very little information, it was ultimately a waste of our time. I wasn’t even able to have my ovaries evaluated properly via transvaginal ultrasound, because, by their own admission, they don’t have the best equipment at this location (however, the ultrasound tech was at least kind and compassionate). We left with nothing more than a list of supplements that I could take, and the nurse who was assigned to us couldn’t even answer our questions about the function of each of the supplements. On the advice of a friend, we are now working with a different clinic.

Unless you are 25, thin, have an abundance of eggs, and merely have unexplained infertility, don’t waste your time; Conceptions, or at least the doctor that we saw at the Denver/Rose location, isn’t interested in helping you.

The staff was very knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Within two days of my first appointment, I was started on a treatment plan. The staff is flexible, and happy to answer any questions I have. Absolutely recommend!

My doctor is doing the most to help. She started immediately. I'm hoping for great results with her. Everyone if friendly and patient and willing to help. They answer all questions completely and help me understand everything. I'm grateful for this experience with them.

I have to say, I was recommended to Dr. Greene by one of my good friends. I have been to 1 fertility specialist and I felt her practice was extremely busy she couldn’t keep up with her patients. I really like how Dr.Greene is attentive and takes the time to really explain everything in detail. His staff is assertive and knows exactly the next steps they need to do. Monica and Melissa have been great on informing me everything that needs to occur.

Married and finding out I’m going through menopause and do not have eggs of my
Own to start a family conceptions has been there for me. They helped calm me and made me feel like I wasn’t worthless. When my husband and I decided to start a family in 2017 using a known donor they helped up through it all even after a failed pregnancy in 2018. Here we are now 2019, had our 2nd transfer and now 10 weeks pregnant. We just graduated from conceptions Littleton. Dr O and all of the nurses have been so sweet, so helpful,
Made us feel at home and have been there to answer any questions and made us feel welcome. We are so lucky they were able to help us start our family and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else in the future.
