Impossible company to get in touch with. Half my order missing.
Impossible to get hold of after they incorrectly missed half of my order. Phone number on website doesn’t work, emails are left ignored. Still awaiting a response and my full order being sent or partial refund issued but considering they don’t reply not sure how!

Ordered an item from this firm, Oct.24th. received email stating `its on the way`, never received it, tried to contact them by phone, number not recognised, 2 emails, even wrote to them in Ormskirk, no reply, all in vain. They took payment from my card quick enough, but have refunded nothing. Suggest: "Avoid them like the plague". JDC.

Disappointed with delivery time
Disappointed with delivery time. I paid extra to get delivery on the Wednesday . Stayed in all day waiting as we went away Thursday. Finally arrived Saturday!! Can you please refund delivery money thank you

We do not currently offer an option of expadited delivery and our standard delivery lead time is 2-3 days (we despatch all orders the same day if placed byefor 1pm).

over 3 month wait and item yet to be dispatched - nobody responds to refund request
I ordered some car mats over 3 months ago and they are still yet to be dispatched. No response from seller using 3 different forms of communication attempts

I can see that you contacted us last Saturday via our Live Chat where you would have got an auto response advising of our opening hours Monday-Friday. I did respond to you on Monday morning as soon as we got back to the office to explain the Royal Mail situation and offer a resolution, but we have not heard back from you. Good service but not 5 stars as use Royal Mail for delivery - inevitably (and quite predictably), the item was not delivered as per the indicated schedule.
Otherwise the product itself is good quality.

Thank youf or taking the time to leave us review. I am sorry to hear that your item took 3 days to reach you instead of the promised 2.
We parter with majority of the nationwide delivery couriers in the UK and select them carefuly beased on reliability at the time and levels of service in particular areas of the country. We do find in general that Royal Mail deliver the most consistent service, despite the widely known recent challanges within Royal Mail.
Despite our efforts and alternating carriers for optimal service, delays in transit do occur occassionally and are not visible to us immediately. We would always encourage customers to contact us to investigate such issues and expedite deliveries where possible.
