Good Communication and delivered on time.

We ordered a TV unit from this supplier via Costco....when it arrived we were so pleased with the product. .so well designed manufactured and finished.We are so glad we chose this product after searching various other products and suppliers...non compared .The unit was fully built with just the TV fixing that needed assembly ...just 2 threaded bars and fixing the frame rails to the back of our new TV ...so sturdy and allowed the TV to swivel left or right for a better viewing angle.I would recommend this product 100%.

This TV cabinet is step above the rest, it came ready built - the quality was clear to see on arrival. I wouldn't think twice about buying from here again, worth every single penny. I spoke to customer services about to a small issue, more to do with my TV stand rather than the cabinet and they quickly resolved it. Gemma & Jakub were always helpful and polite via email and telephone, I can't fault their customer service. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I rarely leave reviews but I've made an exception!

Smart nice desk which fits under the stairs in my cottage where I have my mini office. There's enough space for the monitor, a lamp, some papers and a mug of tea. I like having my mouse and mouse mat on the slide out bit and keeping my ergonomic keyboard which is quite large, on the top shelf.
The only thing I would have wished for but might not be possible within this kind of design,is for a shelf half way up the legs and to the back of the desk as a shelf for a printer, instead of having the printer on the bottom shelf near the floor. My partner bought this desk for his room and I liked it and the measurements were good for the very tight space I have under the stairs. Lots of other desks were very narrow with little working surface.

So pleased with the boot mat, fits perfectly, and a great price.

Excellent customer service even when things go wrong! I recently purchased an item where the delivery was delayed due to the delivery carrier. The personnel at connected essentials were extremely efficient, helpful, and courteous in enquiring about and arranging alternative delivery. I was keep up-to-date at every stage in the process which I really appreciated. I will not hesitate to purchase from connected essentials again in the future.

I bought a Sonorous AV cabinet from Connected Essentials in their warehouse clearance. It was a Grade A product and so I was a bit worried about what the condition of the cabinet would be like. On delivery the box was in poor condition but I needn’t have worried. Everything was there and the cabinet had been well protected and was in pristine condition. Well done Connected Essentials.
The cabinet houses my AV equipment brilliantly with the spaghetti of cables nicely hidden away and looks beautiful, showcasing my TV nicely. The only downside is that the cabinet weighs a ton, even when empty, and whilst it is on casters it is quite difficult to move on a carpeted floor. A great buy.

I ordered a 'Warehouse Clearance' tv cabinet early January, which was delivered within 2 weeks of the order via a 2 man delivery team. The item itself was as new but was missing the IR repeater. I contacted Gemma at Accord Concept who arranged for a new IR repeater to be delivered to me the next day.
Gemma is also now arranging for an Oak Veneer cabinet door to be made for me as a bespoke order, at a very reasonable price.
I have been really impressed with the fantastic service that I have received from Accord Concept so far and enthusiastically recommend them.
