Now known as disconnecting britain! I don't have many regrets in my life - but I wish I had never picked up the call from them.. They have almost brought our small family run business into the ground with their bully boy tactics and absolute disregard to what we needed or wanted. Now we are tied into a FIVE year contract and are paying far more that ever for less service. I would definitely not recommend them and can't wait until 2030!!

Everything works atm, so all is good!

Since moving to Connect Britain we have saved money and received a very good service. The service manager is always available should there be a query.

I made the connection for my small business and they promptly got in touch, actively kept me informed as we ported the phone line and checked that all had gone well.

More expensive than my previous provider but a better product and it should be easy to scale from here.

We've been with Connecting Britain for a couple of years now. We have a high speed fibre business broadband line with them. Fibre was new to our area so there were a few teathing problems which proved a little painful, but once the service was up and running it has been stable, trouble free and consistantly delivers the speeds promised. We now also have a dedlicated account manager, Yaaseen who keeps in touch to see that everything is running smoothly. This is a good, reliable and friendly service which is just what we need. We would highly recommend.

I moved across to Connecting Britain for a new company that I recently created called Direct Cremation (South Yorkshire) Ltd. I found them helpful and responsive in securing a new 0345 number. When I call with an issue, they are always quick to answer and quick to solve. I would recommend this company.

Danger danger please do not deal with this company tele sales pressurising into signing up on the phone you will be trapped into contract, no cool of period against all the rules off com informed.
Beware beware

I will mirror an earlier review left in November -

'Do not be lured by the great introductory price as they add on additional services despite being told that you do not wish any additional services so the amount charged is not what you signed up for.'

They email shortly after signing up with a tick box option to 'opt out' of additional services. I can't find the email but regardless this is not an acceptable practice.

Trying to resolve this is made difficult by the fact they take several weeks to reply, there is never anyone available when you call and they don't return calls as agreed.

For a company advertising communication services they are quite inept at communication.

I can only advise you to stay clear of any commitment with this company!
