I just want to say thank you to the team at Consent Manger because implementing your CMP on to my GoDaddy, was so much easier than UserCentrics (who boasts GoDaddy integrations), and Cookiebot.

It was seriously as simple as setting it up with the script given to me, no messing around trying to get it to work with tag manager. I truly appreciated how simple it was and how much you have to offer for small businesses on the free plan.

Once you exceed your free limit, they start displaying a large flashing exclamation point on your page (with a link to them, of course). Very aggressive and unprofessional move.

I reached out to Leonardo Tamion from your team with several questions that needed clarification. He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided clear technical explanations that helped me understand everything much better.

Good Tool, provides a lot of options. Helpful staff/support, in case there are some questions, which is also most of the times quick in finding a solution.
Downside is a bit the backend, which feels a bit slow, and also overwhelming or not self explanatory.

Decent setup. The dashboard seems intimidating at first, but eventually you find your way around it. Helpful staff.

I provided feedback to ConsentManager support regarding a WCAG error for the Close "button". The issue was quickly lifted to the development team with an implementation planned 2 weeks later. Thanks for the help.

Really helpful and fast. So you know, when you run a business, 10000 things to do. But consentmanager helps a lot and is super fast. Great experience.

Fehlalarm auf mehreren Webseiten, unter anderem werden auf einer, die bekanntlich keinen einzigen Cookie setzt und das seit Jahren nicht, fälschlicherweise 3 Cookies von 2 Anbietern genannt. Auch nur eine einziger derartige Fehleinschätzung ist für mich als Techniker inakzeptabel.

STAY AWAY!!! So I signed up many months ago to use this service for my web and mobile app. I was told that their React Native version worked which is why I signed up in the first place. For some time now, we have been working with consent manager team because the react native SDK doesn't work for us at all. And we have waited so long for them to figure out the problem (they kept saying we were doing something wrong but then they realized the ask needed to be fixed) that we cannot wait any longer and honestly I don't even believe them that they will fix it. We keep hearing it works when it doesn't work for us and then finally they admitted it didn't work. So I emailed Jan, the CEO and asked him for a refund which he flat out refused! How the heck can you charge a company for a service that they told us worked and actually did not work. Just so you know the type of person Jan (their CEO) is, he has now threatened to sue me for posting this review and has demanded I remove this my may 23rd or he will sue me!!! In my opinion, he is clueless because he wouldn’t say that if he understood the laws in USA and California for reviews by threatening to sue me for this review. In my opinion, this shows you the kind of person he is. In my opinion, I would not even waste your time with this company with that kind of person who doesn’t seem to appreciate or value his customers! He claims it works in his response but my developer and his own employees emailed me in writing that they have to fix it for it to work and it will not be ready until next month but we wasted time and expense trying to get it to work but it never did. He has refused to refund me about $170 usd. I am now disputing the charges with my American Express! STAY AWAY!
My Reply to their response:
First, our main goal in using this company was for us to integrate their SDK into our mobile app. I find it very hard to believe that there are others using the SDK because their own tech people told us that they need to make a fix for it to work and it will happen some time next month and we cannot wait. Moreover, we tried using the SDK for their sister company Iubenda and that did not work either. I tried for months getting that to work and it never did. So why would i think they will get this working. I signed up to use this for my mobile app and this SDK never every worked so they should refund me. WE have not even launched our website or app and I needed this to launch and I cannot wait around any longer. We wasted a long time trying to integrate and they kept telling us to do things to fix it when in all reality it was a problem with their SDK! The CEO told me he was going to sue me if I don't remove this review. So that tells you the kind of person you would be dealing with if you had an issue! STAY AWAY!!!!
