Affidabili e sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni problema

Continuiamo da anni ad affidarci a loro perché siamo più che soddisfatti del servizio e della disponibilità. Ultimamente, ad esempio, non riuscivamo a risolvere un problema con dei servizi e siamo stati seguiti passo per passo da Sofia Bano, riuscendo in poco tempo a sistemare ogni cosa. In una sola parola Iubenda Ú affidabilità.

We’ve had a problem with billing

We’ve had a problem with billing right from the start, two years ago. We reported the issue but always received evasive replies – I assume from a machine. Recently, Miss Delia (I assume a human) contacted us; she took charge of the situation, responded quickly and brilliantly proposed a compromise solution to ensure that the relationship of trust wasn’t damaged.
If she isn’t a human, the automated service has improved considerably.

Ho contattato il supporto e devo dire che merita davvero di essere elogiato sia per la rapidità che per la professionalità con cui ho ricevuto assistenza.
