Tried this company rather than Microsoft for an Xbox series x repair, due to the price point and warranty.
Communication has been great via email and phone.
Delivery and collection was fast and efficient. Required an additional repair, no quibble and arranged collection the next day. I'd recommend their service and will use them again should the need arise.

I sent in a Nintendo Switch OLED. For a charging port repair and also a side rail and ribbon repair. The gentleman who phoned me was super helpful and even discounted the price of the side rail and ribbon repair due to me already having another repair done alongside it. Polite staff. Parcel was collected from me and I was updated throughout the repair with a speedy return back to me. Couldn't recommend more. Will definitely be using these again. Brilliant experience. Thank you so much all for saving me a huge amount of what it would have cost me to have sent it back to Nintendo. Highly recommended, Jade Jones Solihull

My son needed repairs on his PS5 and after reading reviews I chose Console Portal to repair it. The service was fantastic, they arranged pick up and delivery of the console, I was updated through every stage of the process, and the console came back good as new. Also, the cost of the repairs were the best I could find, with no extra charge for pick up/delivery. Absolutely first class service, wouldn't go anywhere else now for repairs.

I was very skeptical at first. This was the first time I experienced issues with my console. But all the staff were amazing. Did a great job and stay in constant contact with you throughout the repair.. for those that are skeptics like me. Have already recommended! And will continue to use their services in the future should I need them. Great service and a great team. Very grateful for your work :)

PS5 disc drive problems. Sent the device to console portal for a replacement drive and clean. Received back within a week in perfect working order. Fantastic service and a great price. Would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant company this a wire had come off my sons ps5 from the fan to the motherboard I first spoke to a guy called Steve he was very helpful explaining how it all works with the couriers and packaging then they kept me informed of its progress from start to finish was picked up Wednesday afternoon got it back Saturday morning also spoke to the guy who fixed it Sam and he was very knowledgeable and helpful also suberb

The best place ever I have ever been 100 percent recommend I needed my ps5 fixing the same day and they did it in 1 hour while I sat in Costa coffee will definitely be going back there again for my gaming fixing needs top man who was on desk today

Blown away by the fantastic service from the guys at Console Portal. Needed a service to my Xbox after it stopped powering on, annoyingly just outside the warranty period. Received a repair quote from Microsoft which was almost the cost of a new console and would have meant a long wait to get my Xbox returned. Looked at a number of other third party service centres but most seemed to have very mixed reviews. Eventually stumbled across Console Portal. Their quote for the repair was 50% lower than Microsoft and included all collection and delivery costs. Booked the service on a Monday and got a call from Steve the next day to talk me through the process. Courier collected the following day, the repair was completed and the Xbox couriered back to me on Friday.

Honestly cannot recommend Console Portal highly enough. Superb service and great value for money.

Superfast service.
My ps5 fan connector ripped off the motherboard Sony weren't helpful at all and wanted to charge me 240 for a refurb unit.
I sent my console on Monday and returned three days later on Thursday.
I had two phone calls from the team, one to confirm collection date and the other to confirm delivery.
100% would recommend.

My PS4 Pro bricked for no apparent reason just outside its warranty period. It was dead, not even a light. I tried a nationwide games vendor, who claimed that they could repair consoles. My PS4 was returned as 'unfixable'
I wasn't willing to accept that as a definitive conclusion, so I found Console Portal. I'm so glad that I did. Service from initial enquiry to receiving my fully repaired console was impeccable.
The guys who carry out repairs have great communication skills and kept me informed all the way through the repair process.
The service has excellent value for money, their chosen courier turns up when expected (which is a good thing in itself) Seriously, if you need a faulty console to be repaired, I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone else.
