Super fast service and now my PS5 is working better than new. I can’t recommend Console Portal enough. Brilliant service

I think Microsoft wanted £380 to fix a power supply issue with my sons Xbox series X. Found Console Portal online and they fixed it for less than half that cost. Also, it was collected, repaired and returned within a week. Great service, would recomend to anyone with console problems

I was very happy with the service console portal and have efficiently their repaired my ps5 console digital device and I would highly recommend them for all repairs and I would give them 10/10 for their customer service and giving the best communication from start to finish so thanks to the staff and support from your company

My HDMi portal broke. They fixed it with a great turnaround time and at a reasonable price. Communication was good throughout.

Needed a new motherboard fitting to my Switch Lite. After failing to get it fixed locally, I came across Console Portal, who were so quick to reply with a quote. They arranged a courier to collect and within 3 working days, the console was couriered back to me. They even fixed some bits that the previous attempt bodged up FOC. Console Portal should be yr 1st port of call

Needed a hdmi port replaced on a PlayStation 5.
After reading reviews online I took the chance in trusting console portal.
I was not disappointed
They sent a courier to pick up the console the next day.
Then phoned me to inform me they had received the console.
Then phoned me to say they had repaired the console and were posting it back out to me.
All this was done in about 5 days.
The console is as good as new.
Highly recommend and 100% trustworthy

What can I say. Just such an impressive level of service. Needed a hdmi port repair. These guys arranged a courier to collect my console fixed it and a courier brought it back in a few days all include in the price. Can’t fault what they do. Just brilliant. Highly Recommended.

Although slightly pricey but around average for the repair it was the service that made me give the company 5 stars. I placed my order and they called me to talk me through the whole process and pick a day that was convent to collect the parcel from my doorstep. Once the repair was made they called to deliver on a day that was convenient. 10 out of 10 for communication so hassle free would use again.

My sons Nintendo Switch had gone wrong spoke to console portal over the phone, very friendly and had the switch back with me in less than a week perfect working condition and very speedy delivery.

Service was exactly as advertised. My PS5 had power issues, it was collected from my home address and returned to me working perfectly within a week. I would recommend without hesitation

Really pleased with the service, the collection and redelivery were really straightforward and my son’s Nintendo switch was fixed quickly and with great results. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future (but hopefully won’t have to!)
