I found this place following a Google search for Playstation 5 repairs after my console suddenly stopped reading Blu Ray and 4K discs.

Having never used such a service to get a console repaired, I was a little skeptical. But after reading positive reviews on here that are old and new, I thought I would give it a go. I was very glad that I did!

The warehouse can be a little tricky to find but it is a unit within a building after a short walk from Stratford station; or even closer to Stratford High Street station on the DLR.
If you’re having trouble finding the actual workshop, you can just call the number on their website and someone will guide you.

The engineer who took my console was very friendly and fully walked me through what they would do, as well as a full breakdown on prices. It’s also great that they offer a “no fix, no fee” policy, meaning that if they cannot fix your console, you don’t have to pay a fee.

The engineer advised me that he wouldn’t be able to look at it on that day, but said that it should be done the next day and he would give me a call the next afternoon to update me.

He was true to his word! The next afternoon I received a call to say that he wouldn’t charge me the optional cleaning fee that I had agreed to as my console was pretty much free from dust. I really appreciated this and thought it was very honest, as perhaps other companies could just charge you for this to make an extra buck!

A little while later that day, the engineer called me back to say that he unfortunately could not repair the disc drive due to circumstances out of his control. I was gutted but I thought it was no fault of the company or engineer.

Thankfully, five minutes later, he called back to say that he took a shot in the dark and tried one last thing and it worked! My console was fixed! I was so glad that he persevered and tried everything he could, and now I have a working PS5 once again!

I went to collect it a few days later due to a TFL tube strike. With generous opening hours, I was able to make it there before they closed for the evening.

The engineer was very friendly and walked me through what he had done and I then paid the fixed fee that was even advertised on their website, so there were no hidden fee surprise charges!

The company even offers a 12 month guarantee, so if the part fails again within 12 months, I can just take it back and have it repaired again for free.

This review is quite lengthy but has certainly been written unprompted and by me, a human.
I really wanted to give this company and the engineer the full credit it deserves as I had a seamless and positive experience, and I would certainly recommend and use them again if necessary.

Does not reply to emails. I will always measure a store by its customer service. This establishment fails miserably, avoid on the basis of morals.

Fixed the broken HDMI port on my PS5 quickly and it's still working well after a month of use. Chris was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Great communication and work done. Very happy with the sd connector on the main board repair done to my switch. Its good as new. Also a 6 month warranty on any repair work is very comforting.

My experience was great because Chris knows how to treat his customers. My grandsons xbox wouldnt load so I initially got in touch with Chris via email (I recommend this as he explains everything up front). For us in Surrey it's a bit of a trek to his workshop but we were fortunate to be able to take advantage of their 90 minute service, so no return trip was necessary. Speedy repair, all good with a 6 month guarantee.

Fixed fan issue on my PS4.

I took my son’s PS4 with a faulty hard drive. Chris was very nice and explained all the details of the repair. The disk was replaced in just 24 hours, and they give you a 6 month guarantee. I’m very happy with the service and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a game console repair.

We were kept fully informed about progress with repair of a PS5 and it has been successfully fixed. I was happy with the customer service, my son was delighted to have a working console again.

Had a Nintendo Switch with a broken charging port . 1day later, all fixed ! Very very happy with the service.

I had an issue with the HDMI port on my PS5 - I was getting no video output but the console turned on and was responding to the controller.

I brought my console in from Croydon and he was very friendly, and he had the port fixed the next working day. The price was very reasonable and I am now happily playing again! Well worth the price and the journey.

Absolutely brilliant service - I have used Console Repair twice now - once to replace a hard drive on a PS4 and then to repair PS5 that suddenly died a week out of warranty. Service was excellent from start to finish, and both repairs have stood the test of time, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a repair.

Brilliant service, were recommended by a friend after my dog knocked over my PS5 and damaged the HDMI port.
Quick turnaround and friendly, will 100% recommend to my friends.

PS4 died unexpectedly and the children were not happy (An original PS4 bought in 2014 brand new) and basically asking every minute of the day when is the PS4 going to be fixed.

After ringing a round for a few quotes for repair I was either told they 1.They won't repair or 2. a fee of £140 to £180 for repair!

Doing a google search stumbled upon Console Repair London who I emailed and phoned in complete despairation on getting the PS4 repaired and for the constant "When is the PS4 going to be fixed" to stop lol!

They were great they asked for a brief description what was happening to the console and deducted that the console needed a new Fan.

Total cost £69 yes that's not a lie £69 and not a penny more, I dropped the console off on monday afternoon and I picked it up on Friday evening after work traveling from Lambeth to Stratford East London and then home!

The console works like the first day it was swicthed on in 2014 and the children are happy again playing their favourite games, So if your Ps4, PS5 or other games console has a fault and out of warranty please see Console Repairs London because their fast, honest, good prices plus their include a 6 month warranty with all repairs!
