My PlayStation 4 Pro sounded like a literal jet engine when I tried to play any game, so I called Console Repair London for an appointment and managed to get it completely fixed the next day. Turns out the thermal paste needed replacing and now my console is as quiet as a mouse!

All in all, this was an excellent rapid service that I highly recommend and will definitely use again should the need arise.

Sent Chris an email about problem with xbox one, he replied promptly with a suggestion with what he thought was wrong with it, and prices to fix, made an appointment, dropped off received back in 90 minutes fixed for 70 quid, New hard drive outstanding service, nice guy, could not recommend more highly. Top drawer.

Really sound guy! Sent an enquiry over to the website and I got a reply within a few minutes!

Then I was able to get an appointment within the week and managed to get my problem sorted!

Would deffo use this service again!

My son’s PS4 was as dead as a dodo and ready for the bin! After a quick google, reading the already excellent reviews and a 2 minute phone call I decided to make the journey to Stratford to have it repaired! I dropped it in at 11am and by 12pm it was not only fixed but had had its storage capacity doubled and all for less than £100!!! That’s the kind of service you don’t expect to find these days so if your console is dead bring it here and in no time it’ll be working again!!! Top notch!!!!

First-class service for a bargain in my opinion; thermal repaste fix on an early Xbox One X. So confident in their work it even came with a warranty;

Xbox has been running rock-solid for over a month of gaming with no crazy fan spin-ups and random game exits.

This is by far the best person I've dealt with. i won't go into detail as i don't want anyone to take advantage of him, just know that the service he provided is one of the, if not the best I have experienced. The prices are also fantastic. for a lazer he charged over £100 less then playstation out of warranty replacement. This place is amazing fixed both my X box one x and PS4 pro saved me a fortune on buying new machines very polite and professional really know there stuff maybe Microsoft and Sony could take a look at how well this support and repair service is run.

Left my details late Sunday night using the contact form. Got a call just after 11am the next day from Chris saying I could bring in the console and he’d have a look. It was needing a new hard drive fitted so left it with him sometime after 12pm. He said it’d be 90 minutes or so. Got a call an hour later saying it’s all done. Picked it up and got it home. It’s great. All the issues I had are gone and it was done so quick. Can’t recommend him enough.

My ps4 hard drive was damaged and it needed replacement, so I contacted Console Repair London booked an appointment and my console was repaired in less than an hour.

Fantastic customer Service, very efficient. PS4 fixed within 90min, kids are happy. Chris was super helpful and I will highly recommend.

I had the safe mode loop problem with my PS4. Watched a load of YouTube videos trying to fix it. Took it to CEX for repairs, they could only provide me with information I found from YouTube. So looked online and found Console Repair and they were able to tell me instantly that it was a problem with my hardware. Took my PS4 to Console Repair it was fixed in a day and is now working better than before even without the loud airplane noise my PS4 use to make!

Definitely knows what he's doing. Like everyone else's my PS4 sounded like it was ready to take off and explore space. In an 1hr of him repairing it he made it back into a silent machine. I was well surprise once I got home and actually started playing on it. Excellent customer service.

This was nothing short of 5star service! I had the blue light of death on my PlayStation. Chris was so lovely and trustworthy. They fixed my PS4 quickly and if I’m honest it’s better now than it was before the issue occurred. The PlayStation is so quiet now! If you need a console repaired! This is the place! Can’t recommend enough. Great price too, cheapest I found.
