Best repair place ever had a problem with my hdmi port called up and I was booked in the next day took it in and with in 1hour everything was fully working I will tell people about this place because it’s so reliable 5 stars 💯

Absolutely brilliant service, I received an appointment the same day and a few hours later the PS4 had a new hard drive and even better peace and harmony restored in my home! A very happy teenager makes for a happy home! The guy who completed the repair (really sorry I’ve forgotten your name) talked me through the process, gave possible reasons for disrepair and guidance for future maintenance. Couldn’t fault the service and would definitely use again and recommend. (Review relates to service received Tuesday 10/04/18)

spoke to Chris about my PS4 the drive would not work took it in on the Friday had a phone call on the Monday he had fixed it.The service was excellent i would recommend that if anyone has a problem with there game machine see Game Console Repair Centre and ask for Chris.

Ps4 was really loud, took it to chris and he had it done in about an hour. Ps4 works perfect and is almost silent. Definitley recommend.

I searched long and hard for a PlayStation repair centre and I was delighted to find Chris and his company with in ten minutes walk of Snow hill station. He was helpful and attentive throughout even when I had to admit to accidentally losing his original email response. The appointment system is hugely convienent and allowed time for s stroll around the city and a bite to eat and 80 minutes later we got the call tomsay all done. At under £50 you have to say it's a sensible price to get a console up and running. Thanks Chris.

I found the website after looking for ways to fix my Xbox. I emailed the page and and got a quick response from a guy named Chris, later that day he managed to book me in the week after at 12:30. Been there today and he told me what the problem was before even looking at it. I left my console there with him for about an hour and half and he rang to say the repair was complete. I would recommend Chris to ANYONE who is having problems with there consoles. 5 Star. Amazing. Thank you,

Great service, I dropped off my Xbox with a hard drive issue and it was repaired within an hour and a half. Really friendly service and a free 6 month warranty! Will defiantly use again if I have further issues.

Phoned up on the Saturday and was told to come in on the Monday for my PS4 repair. Was meet to Chris and was told it would be fine in an hour, and an hour later Chris phoned and it was done. So glad I went to Chris instead of doing it myself. Would recommend to anyone who needs a console repaired. Thank you again Chris!

Literially dropped my PS4 off at 2:30p.m and received a call from Chris within 2 hours saying it was done and fixed. Great service and hassle free.

Absolutely impeccable service.
Took in my x box one with a fried hard drive and Chris had it completely fixed 20 minutes before he said he would! Its been running smooth as cream cheese ever since and I would highly recommend him for all of your console needs! In addition to this, it cost me £80 less than what Microsoft quoted me!!

Phoned Chris this morning as my PS4 laser was packing in causing the console to have numerous disc read errors, got an appointment with him this afternoon, just like he said the laser was replaced and the console cleared of dust in the fan outlets.
Just tested it with one of the problem game discs for an hour and the noise it was making trying to read the discs has gone and the game worked perfectly.
Can't recommend his service enough and it's £75 less than what Sony wanted!

My PS4 was quite loud whenever it ran demanding games - sounded like it was gonna take off. Chris sorted it in about an hour and 20 mins, got home and now it's as quiet as a mouse! He's a very friendly guy and clearly knows what he's doing! Highly recommend to anyone who's having problems with their console.

We went to game in Birmingham for a repair. They do not so them . We googled repairs to the consoles and called this company. The man was very accomodating and helped out immediately.
Customer service is not dead and it cheered my son up no end as he thought it would cost alot of money. It was the lead !
