Very responsive Customer Service!
Answered all of our questions and were incredibly helpful. Fully supported us throughout the entire process. We have limited computer skills and they were able to help us despite our lack of knowledge.

So far seems to be a great product that solves a TON of problems and saves a TON of time for record sellers, small labels and distros. Very helpful team when setting it up. Looking forward to getting to work with it.

We’ve been working with the constacloud team for nearly 5 years now and I have to say that they have been the most reliable and responsive team in tech.

When COVID shut down our storefront we scrambled to setup an online store to help pivot our business from in-person sales to e-commerce. We built our website on Shopify but didn’t know how to migrate our Discogs data to the new website. In came constacloud. They were still in the early stages of developing the app and so we worked together to build one of the most useful tech tools I’ve ever had the privilege of using.

The team was amazing to work with. Everyone was kind, responsive and attentive. They asked a lot of questions and answered so many more, all in a timely manner. If and when there ever is a bug or glitch, they have it resolved immediately. They also monitor our sync and will let us know if we’re having problems with Discogs.

I feel blessed to have found constacloud. They saved our business.

This software is certainly a game changer when selling records on multiple platforms via Discogs. It speeds up the listing process on eBay and efficiently updates the information on all sites and removes items as and when they sell. It takes a bit of a time to get used to and set up to your own style, especially if you like to add your own photos and listing titles / keywords like me. Ultimately though this all helps to get the best price for your items. Support is very good and there's a live chat link to help you while on the site.
