This lady is a vile Bully She’s desperate to bring others down as she’s a MESS…if it’s her who’s had the reduced forehead surgery that’s left her with a cows lick 🙈….then maybe part of her brain 🧠 was also removed 🙈…sorry not sorry as she now getting what she puts out…NEGATIVITY just like a LOT of her reviews 🤷🏻‍♀️xx

Awful experience

I had an awful experience in the Bristol clinic with Dr Kate last year. I spent £3000 on FFR and am still having complications with my eyes after x5 dissolves.
I never had issues with my eyes but due to huge amounts of midface filler applied, I was left with hollow eyes and ridges an inch thick around my eyes. Instead of dissolving from the get go, Dr Kate decided to try and blend it out with tear trough filler. I looked puffy, aged and ridiculous. No Dr wants to treat me as they don’t like taking in another practitioners shoddy work.
There was no customer service support. The telephone number they provide is inactive and I ended up having to beg the owner via Instagram for someone to get back to me.

Rude brash owner, bad service at all level. Owner has the audacity to slag off other colleagues on her page whilst she is not exactly perfect herself neither is her clinic. Sorry

I live in Germany and used to follow the CC for a long time on Instagram. My first appointment back in 2020 was a bad experience as the doctor who administered the lip filler was absolutely not capable of doing his job nowhere near to what they had advertised on Instagram. It was absolutely unacceptable and looked just bad (duck lip kind of bad). It was so noticeable that I felt incredibly uncomfortable and had it dissolved 2,5 months later in Germany cause people kept staring at my lips. It seems that doctor left the clinic shortly after which is no surprise to me at all. Anyways, I just had bad luck I guess.
Two years later I had my second appointment with Dr Helen when she was pregnant. She confused my malar bags with filler and refused to treat my under eye area. Despite me telling her that I had no filler I could not convince her that I was telling the truth. Because I had planned the whole trip for this particular treatment I had to decide what to get instead and got chin filler. I was pretty disappointed and left the clinic with a nicer chin instead of getting the treatment that I wanted so badly. Now, years later, the filler is being absorbed so unevenly that I have a dent on the left side of my chin which is no big deal to me tbh as I can cover it with concealer. But is it optimal? I guess it’s not.
My third appointment I had with Dr. Paul in October 2023 after seeing his phenomenal ffr on Instagram. I booked in with him and purchased my flight ticket. He was very kind and flattering. Again I didn’t exactly get what I wanted (under eye area, cheeks and lips). Instead he tried to convince me to get my hollows done, Botox for my forehead, upper cheeks (upper mid face) and lips. I agreed to the hollow filler, the upper cheeks (adjacent area to under eye area) and lips eventually. I also told him that my super flat cheeks bothered me a lot and asked him to fill it a little to give it a nice appearance. I paid around 2.5k for the fillers plus 162 for two slots on consultation fee which is a lot of money to me.
He administered the filler right into the malar mags instead of treating my under eye area as I had asked for which caused a heavy bump for months and also caused pressure on my eyes. My flat cheeks didn’t change at all as he didn’t treat it as I had wished. The biggest disappointment is though that I have a visible dent in my upper lip. Dr Paul said my lips started swelling instantly and I guess he missed that one spot due to the heavy swelling. Now after reaching out multiple times they just don’t bother responding to my emails which I also had images attached to of my lips and the visible dent. Whoever it is on Instagram promised they would notify the team but nothing happened. I am very frustrated since I have paid so much money on all the flights and treatments but not once was I fully satisfied with the results. Never ever again Consultant Clinic. This is not the way a client should be treated, especially if treatment errors happen and the client asks you for a solution and you just keep ignoring it.

If you're reading this you're smart enough not to just look at the Instagram page and take their word for it, really wish I had the sense to read reviews on here first as I now realise that all reviews on the insta that are negative get deleted. Honestly it was the worst, my lip filler migrated straight the way, horrendous bruising and they looked so nasty and fake! Had to get them dissolved and re-filled elsewhere 😩 so expensive too! Waste of money and the whole appointment seemed so rushed. No after care either. Please do research.

I had a fantastic time at the consultant clinic on Harley Street in London with Dr. Gareth, who performed nose filler treatment to enhance the symmetry of my nose after surgery. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome, and Dr. Gareth's warm and calming demeanor made the entire appointment very relaxing for me. Highly recommend!

I had the FFR 4 months ago.. waste of money, as per their insta it’s all about the lips. My bruising was horrendous, told by the owner I must be ultra sensitive. She didn’t seem to care after taking my money. Have since gone back to my local lady and had amazing results. The owner is a bully, a know it all, obnoxious and arrogant. Have heard she treats her staff dreadfully, makes claims such as she is a practicing lawyer (never has been), a mental health nurse, gynaecologist..whatever you talk to her about she has done it. Claims she went out with Robbie Williams. It’s obvious she has very low self esteem probably brought on my the fact that she is 6ft, and looks like a drag queen. Who on earth has a forehead reduction. Her own face is no advertisement for her clinic. Bragging about her wealth online and how she functions with no sleep - why? This wo’man’ is a narcissist, a liar, and a bully.

First of all, don't come here, the place is awful and the staff are racist they called me a slur for absolutely no reason

I still wonder why people are giving them bad reviews, because my wife and I have been there, we have even recommended about twelve people there and they are happy I did, They gave me hope even when the big names failed, so am forever grateful..

I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money and risking my health. Their Instagram page pushes the fact that they can ‘fix’ problems from other clinics and that they are morally superior. They over injected my lips which created an extreme reaction and visuals worse than what they post. I then couldn’t contact any of the clinicians and had absolutely no aftercare or support for poor treatment. I had tried to seek a responsible clinic that was not on a cheap end and had medical background. Instead they talked me into having the treatment, took my money and ran.

I thought that my experience was odd, that I probably overreacted, but after reading reviews on the here, I regret recommending this place to another person. I would definitely not go there, and if anyone mention this company, I will tell them avoid avoid avoid.
The owner seems to have some psychological issues herself - she’s a bully, even though she writes so much about not doing this to others.

The Consultant Clinic is posting photoshopped pics on Instagram. When I called them out for obvious photoshopped pics and false advertising they blocked me. Hmm sounds like a guilty conscience. Clients beware of charlatans!

I visited last year for some filler in some deep grooves I had by my mouth. I was recommended a full face rejuvenation which I paid £4k for. I cried in the car afterwards. I went to the Leeds clinic, there was no hand holding. The Dr did the work, showed me a mirror and said the swelling will go down soon and thanks for coming and that was it. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. But what’s worse is I looked awful for about 8 months - my face was suddenly hard and angular. I hoped it was just “shock” but it looked over-full and puffy for many months and I didn’t feel like me until the start of this year. My sister commented I didn’t look like me anymore and I certainly looked older, because you could tell immediately looking at me I’d “had work” which was one thing I wanted to avoid. It’s been a devastating experience and one that’s sworn me off ever trusting anyone again in this field. Thankfully, 18 months or so later I’m looking more like myself. I will never set foot in those doors again. A friend of mine who is a doctor and does Botox explained this company are well known for editing, using old photos on their insta and bad work, and many of their best doctors apparently left years ago due to bad practices. It was then I started to notice peoples comments that were negative disappearing off posts and I realised they’re managing perception online. Awful experience that cost me a huge amount of money. Please do your full research and go elsewhere!

Don’t be fooled by these charlatans. I’m botched and they won’t give me another appointment or answer my messages. I told them I have a family wedding and I wanted to freshen up. Once they take your money that’s it. Photos on Insta are photoshop and she deletes any negative/criticism. My non medic has been practicing for over 10+yrs yet they criticise anyone who’s non medic and are trying to change the law to get rid of them so all the doctors and nurses leave the nhs to do bum fillers! For £500 per ml, no thanks! I wish I didn’t fall for the pretty Insta pictures. You’ve been warned.

Avoid at all costs being a medic doesn’t guarantee anything at all . Be very cautious

I’ve been to Consultant Clinic 3 times, back in 2019 Liverpool Dr Gareth for my lips which turned out lovely.

I then got cheek and tear trough filler from a lovely woman Dr, can’t remember her name. Lovely results really freshened my face up! That was Glasgow clinic

Then in December 2022 in Glasgow clinic again, I got my lips done by the lovely Dr James, he is a world class professional!!! He noticed things about my face no one else could notice, like my left side is less full than my right side, my philtrum is quite prominent so is a bit ageing, he gave me the loveliest rounded lips that really made me look younger.

I’m due back in to see him next week, and will personally request him each time!!

Please please read these reviews and trust them. I was a patient at CC years ago and had a good experience due to the wonderful doctor I saw at the time, but having been recently I have been thoroughly botched. Their old clinics were modern and comfortable. This time I was seen in a dingy physio basement. Timelines constantly changed when asking for review, no support and met with abuse when I have asked for remediation. I trusted this company and wish I'd seen these reviews before I went back. I'm now facing £2k+ to remediate their work, having experienced months of stress and embarrassment.
It's abhorrent that they continue to post righteous messages on social media when they are themselves worse than those they criticise.

I’m a returning customer so I like to think this is balanced, but I have to say that this is a weird set up. The guy that did my first procedure was amazing, and now works out in Dubai. Obvs. The people I’ve seen since tell you why what you want won’t work, and why you need more stuff doing and when I’ve tried to thank them and say I’ll think about the alternative they’ve suggested, have panicked and said they’ll do whatever it takes anyway. It stinks of commission.

The last girl I saw is a local dentist, and said that she does this on the side for ‘fun money’. I kid you not. The tear trough filler that made me look like I had testicles under my eyes went towards her trip to Jamaica. That’s good to know.

I had high hopes looking at their Instagram, then after going I didn’t find a single exemplary feature this clinic has to offer. They delete/block people’s reviews (I checked an app to see who comments on their ig page out of curiosity - it’s alarming how many people had a bad experience they simply block).
Experience: the lip filler result I got was lumpy and a blood vessel blockage caused a lot of swelling and prolonged bruising. I was ignored by the clinic, which is ironic considering they post so much about treating other people’s blockage and poor results. Then, I wrote a polite but firm comment on their Instagram and sent them photos, and they blocked me. I had to go to another clinic after 3 months of obvious purplish swelling who dissolved the filler and it’s mostly come down.
I actually don’t blame the dr because blood vessel damage/blockage can happen by chance, the low review is for everyone else and the immediately poor result that never improved, the mediocre experience in clinic and the awful treatment afterwards not even attempting to fix what they did.
