Really disappointed with my treatment. My consultation was a long detailed conversation about issues I’ve previously experienced, but Katie in Bristol, was so confident that she put me at ease. This is the worst Botox I’ve ever had. I look puffy, and swollen and my eyes are so hooded. The opposite of what I hoped for. I’ve messaged customer service and they couldn’t care less. They simply said it’ll wear off in 12 weeks! The fact it’s making me feel so low and I’ve a number of functions I’m attending means nothing. I had this treatment as I suffer with low self esteem and this treatment makes me feel better about myself when it’s gone well previously. I tried this clinic because of all the hype on IG, I read the reviews and ignored them. More fool me. I was going to have a FFR, thank god I didn’t. Never again.

After reading the reviews. I felt I had to give my experience. I have met Dr Jas. Who I find amazing. And just lovely as a person inside out. I went to her after giving birth and asked what she suggested. She did an amazing job. Providing me with mid face and chin. I felt incredible leaving the clinic. Only thing I do understand is it is expensive but in all honesty I would pay the price. I have had family members go elsewhere and talk about dissolving and refilling. Consultant clinic. I am sure you won’t have this issue. And even if you did the after care is there. I sent a message about bruising (was my first time!) but assured totally normal and will calm down and it did. I would go again. Saving up for my next trip already

I visited Dr. Paul yesterday for the first time. It was my first time getting lip filler so I was incredibly nervous, but as soon as I stepped in the room he really put me at ease. He explained the whole process thoroughly and made me feel far more comfortable. The process is so easy and painless, and I am SO happy with my results already. I can’t stop taking selfies haha. It is so much better and safer to go to doctors for your filler. Please don’t listen to these reviews as they do not seem legitimate at all!

Came here a couple times, the second time I came I left with a lump in my top lip. I messaged them 2 weeks after, no response, no care.

Now, three years later the lump in my lips are still there. I emailed them asking if they can sort this out and the email followed saying they only provide 9 months of after care. You botching my lips is aftercare? When you preach so much on social media about botch jobs when you do them yourself! So rich! Absolutely no care for their customers.

If you are reading these reviews, still go and ur face gets messed then more fool you

Dr Helen is fantastic. She was running quite late today but the experience very much made up for it. She was calm considered friendly and really listened to what I was concerned about and rectified those issues flawlessly. I have "complex" cleft lip but i was thrilled with the result.

I have been coming to the Consultant Clinic for around 4/5 years and am always so pleased with my result.

I have had Dr Paul for a number of my sessions now and always get a fantastic result, while feeling comfortable and relaxed throughout. Dr Paul understands what works best for me and my profile - I have not been happier with my lips.

I know I am in safe and reliable hands here!

Great experience as always with consultant clinic! Dr Helen is so lovely and makes you feel very comfortable and well informed about any treatment/procedure you are getting! She really took the time to understand my face and what i wanted to achieve and i am so happy with the results. I have had a few visits now due to getting a treatment plan that suited my goals and budget and every time I come away feeling more confident. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you!

Dr Helen was amazing! she was so professional and informative throughout the whole procedure. I had my lips and tear trough and didn’t feel a thing.

After going to the clinic in Liverpool last year, I was left waiting for a good while. Once I got seen to the practitioners seemed to really rush which didn’t help me as I was quite anxious. The owner kept trying to hurry the lady doing my treatment.
Once I left I was surprised to see that they had put me on their Instagram story stating I had been to an Australia clinic!!
A year later I have just seen that they have reused my photos and videos stating I have seen a Dr Josh!

The photos of myself are heavily filtered and I would never use this clinic again!

Beware!!!

A pain free and comfortable experience, with knowledgeable doctors who take time to discuss what is right for you. Absolute experts at what they do!

First off, I've now consulted with almost 200 clinics, and CC London is still the worst experience I've had.
I booked and paid the deposit, flew to London and waited 3 hours in lobby - I'm totally fine to wait, but offered to reschedule if they were busy that day. Was told by reception they're booked for months and I'll lose my deposit if I leave. About half hour later I was sent to the consult room and was super excited to meet the drs. Let me re-iterate that if the rest of the consult wasn't so atrocious, waiting is not an issue.

The owner took a video of my face, and started.....tearing my appearance apart, she really just went on and on. She said my face was "botched" and destroyed, my cheeks and lips were "too swollen" to work with, everything was sagging as a consequence of my botched results and my face was lopsided.....I was in complete shock because this is my NATURAL face. The natural thick upper lip and fat cheeks with nasolabial folds is exactly why I'm at this clinic in the first place. I kept telling her this is natural and not from procedures.

She then brought over 2 drs and said this will be an educational experience for me to get over my body dysmorphia, and someone so young like myself should be focusing on studying and not be so unhappy with my appearance (I'm 27, aren't I older than most of their patients?). The drs nodded in agreement. I gave up on telling her my face was natural and asked if they have anything else to say to me. She said I need chin filler. I said, "chin filler? Not lip filler?" and she said because I have so much migrated botched filler from previous clinics. When I told her again I have no previous filler, and the reason I trusted them for the lip filler is because I have difficult lips, she went back to saying its the body dysmorphia talking and started rushing me out.
I left the clinic distressed and crying because I felt like not only was it a complete waste of time and money, but I was just told by professionals who pride themselves in honest, natural and empathetic treatment that my natural face looks botched. Well, you better bet that was the confirmation I needed to ignore their deceitful "educating the client about body dysmorphia" while simultaneously recommending chin filler.

However, the bullsh** wasn't over yet. They posted the video of me to their instagram story so their followers can see "filler migration" and "botched results done by another clinic" they would fix, but apparently decided to not to and educated me on needing therapy to love myself instead. The vid was deleted shortly after and they blocked me on ig.

Recommendations when choosing clinics: ask how long the staff has worked there. It's a red flag when clinics have a high turnover rate. Another red flag when they rush you through appointments without taking the time to read your file, or the staff is arrogant (places like this tend to ignore you when there's a complication). The best clinics I went to had staff that followed the same surgeon/owner to their new clinics over many years. CC is a scam unless you are very lucky and get only the good staff on a good day and do not have any complications.

I was very nervous and Dr Helen was absolutely brilliant with me. She listened to my worries, reassured me and made me feel at ease. I love the treatment i had and it is exactly what I wanted. I look natural and I am so happy.

Would not trust anyone else but the guys from Consultant Clinic. Have been with them for the past four years and can say also based on experience - THEY ARE THE BESTEST!!!
The favorite comment from friends I get when I say I’m going to do a procedure is “ow but you don’t need it, you look so good!” Well yes, I do and it doesn’t show THANKS to the work the CC doctors do. Magic!

I’ve had a course of treatments with Dr Paul including botox, filler, lips, tear troughs and profilo and cannot raté him highly enough. I’m extremely happy with the results, which are exactly what I asked for and also his service is first class. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, takes him time and makes you feel at ease. Definitely recommend his service

Really unsure why people have put 1* on here making it out as though CC are the worst company ever. That's very unfair and far from the truth. My experience has been nothing but fantastic. Dr Paul, just what a lovely, caring and genuine person. Very professional, knowledgeable, personable and down to earth. My needs were discussed, understood and I was made aware of potential risks. I didn't feel rushed, wasn't pressured in any way or pushed into getting more treatments. There are clinics out there that only care about convincing you to get more filler (then over filling your face) just for money, but not here, nope. Their goal is to achieve the opposite and take care to make it look natural. Dr Paul took good care of me during the treatment, making sure to constantly check I was ok as needles/cannulas can be scary for some people, especially me. I will not be going anywhere else because the service was fantastic, the results were instant and Dr Paul was just brilliant! I think people need to stop putting dishonest reviews on here to discredit CC as it's spiteful and childish. Anyways, it's not going to stop me from going back lol. Thanks CC!

After having Ffyona McKeating fill my face personally a few years ago with botox and recently seeing on her instagram how filtered her own face is after having multiple surgeries and work she spouts a lot (mainly about herself) at how she doesn't bash peoples looks on social media she has a funny way of showing it on her feed. What a toxic vile woman and if I'd known at the time I would have reported her instantly.

I'm absolutely shocked at how I have been treated not by the doctors that work for the company but by the owner. My first treatment was ok, I didn't see much difference. The second visit was with a different doctor. He was great but as my treatment was about to start the owner Fiona barged in and began discussing other doctors, contracts (not money) and made the whole experience EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I hated it although I went back because of results. The third time I was adamant I wanted to see the same Dr but was unable to book with a particular one on the website. Ridiculous.

I couldn't do with the anxiety of someone barging in or potentially seeing someone I didn't want to see. So I found somewhere else. When I asked for my data (to see how much filler I had been given - which by the way they don't tell you, they just do it) I was asked to send a form by recorded delivery (i sent it signed for recorded).
30 days came and went, no information. I emailed to chase it and the reply I got was "Can you just send it here" furious i'd waited a month I asked where my information was? Where was the copy of my photo ID? why didn't they have it? I provided evidence of who signed for it. It's been 2 weeks and i've still had no reply despite chasing again.

The doctors might be talented but the company is shocking. Please do not book here

Dr Paul is an absolute miracle worker! I have no words, he is the BEST! I have had all of my treatments in the London clinic on Harley Street. He made me feel at ease in each of my appointments, has expert knowledge and he really took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and delivered beyond expectations. I would never look back after being treated by Dr Paul- a wonderful person, and an even better doctor.

Went to get 1ml in my lips and I’m very happy with the results. My lips were extremely bruised for 7 days afterwards but I know this happens with some patients. I emailed a few days later to ask if it was normal and they replied within an hour to say it was, so I was happy with the prompt response.
The reason I didn’t give 5* is because I was surprised that I wasn’t asked any questions to ascertain my mental health during the consultation, or if I might have had body dysmorphia or similar. Previous practitioners I’ve been to have assessed me very thoroughly to ensure I was a viable candidate mentally and not just physically, but not here.
Despite booking for lip filler only, I was told I needed many different areas doing. The list of stuff I apparently ‘needed’ was very long! I was quite shocked, as for clients with low self esteem, they would have left feeling even lower in confidence. Even as someone who is quite robust with a thick skin, I have to admit it did make me wonder if I look worse than I think I do.
I know they want to make money, which is understandable as they’re a business not a charity, but it just made me feel a bit uncomfortable that they seem to be capitalising on people’s insecurities and vulnerabilities.
