Is this company a SCAM??

I ordered contacts from contactsforless over three weeks ago. The contacts have not arrived. I have a confirmed order.

So, I called contactsforless with the phone number on my paid order invoice. THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE, AND I NEED TO PAY TO GET THEIR NEW PHONE NUMBER. WHAT???

Is contactsforless a SCAM?

Hello Jane. Our phone number is 1-866-925-8327 and it works just fine. It is the phone number on your invoice as well - again it works great. We do not appreciate you inferring that we may be a scam. We are a family owned company right here in B.C. We are not even sure you are a customer. How about you provide your order number. Our team is available all day on business days (Monday-Friday). We reply to email, phone and if you are in our system and get an SMS from us, you can even reply to that.

Very good purchase experience

Very good purchase experience. Handling time and shipping according to expected and mentioned on the website.
Customer service very good. By mistake, I selected the wrong power of one lens package, noticing only after the payment. I sent an email asking if it was possible to correct the order, and they answer in a short period of time with the correction. The product arrived according to what I requested. Very good experience.
