This site is dubious, they would only lure you to invest and then steal your money from you without getting paid, This is my genuine experience with them and I hope karma catch them soon. Well, I have switched to # Crop#Mines.....# their services are superb and they pay on time.

Extremely shady brokerage.

I attempted to withdraw funds from my account, and they completely mismanaged the wire transfer. They insisted the transfer had been successfully processed, when in reality the funds were immediately returned to them. Despite this, they denied that the money had been returned and withheld my funds for an entire month.

Eventually, the funds were credited back to my eToro account — but then they blocked my bank account from being used for future withdrawals. As a result, I am effectively unable to withdraw my money.

Their customer support is completely ineffective, and their complaints process is even worse. Support tickets and formal complaints are being marked as “resolved” without any explanation, acknowledgment, or actual resolution.

Etoro closed my account without notifying or consulting me.
I had US shares worth AUD$719 on the 1 Jan 2026, by the end of the day Etoro has sold them without my permission and etoro is only sending me AUD$680.43.
I have been trying to contact Etoro support for 2 days and I have had no success.

I have used Etoro on and off for 8 years. Their customer service is abysmal. They have a very poor website which frequently freezes, or fails to open up so that it is impossible to trade in times where time is important, or when prices are moving. This had lost me a large amount in lost profits. Their fees are greedy, but the worse is the extremely slow time it takes to withdraw or move crypto. I bought a very large amount of XRP and took over 9 days for a transfer from Etoro exchange to Etoro's wallet (still waiting ) Customer service is largely chatbot, and noone can make a decision and you wait days if your lucky for any action. They have a huge Marketing Budget which captures novice traders/investors. But you soon learn that other exchanges are more honest faster and cheaper. I recommend you do not use Etoro. Uphold is far better, as well as Kraken, Coinbase etc.

Warning !!! Never buy crypto on this platform. Etoro can close any crypto currencies at any time and you will not be compensated for them!!!
I have been a loyal customer since 2018 and Its ok for stocks but avoid crypto at all costs!!!

Very surprised by the negative reviews but I can only provide my own experience.

The platform is user friendly and my engagement with the team when needed have been supportive. Recently invited to a dinner with the Etoro account Team and other investors. One of was one of the best nights I've had in a long time, with like minded people. Not something you see on other investment platforms.

A great information sharing event with likeminded and interesting people sharing ideas in a pleasant environment. The market information that eToro sends out is detailed and always informative. The account managers understand the markets and how eToro can support the customer in their aims. Great evening brilliantly facilitated by Callum and his colleague.

I started investing with eToro and am really happy with the service. I have been assigned a Snr Account Executive, Callum Frame, to help me get going and introduce me to the community, provide me with additional links, sites, webinars etc. Truly amazed how he has gone out of his way to get me up to speed. Great to have a conversation with Callum. Feels like I made the right decision moving to eToro.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with being Bit coins etc. Trying to contact someone and withdraw my OWN fund is virtually impossible.

EToro is a scam company, they slow you to deposit your money and then you can’t withdraw your money they are scammer

Konto war mit Euros und Dollars besetzt. Euros raus bekommen. Konto zeigt 0 Dollars an. Im Chat bestätigen sie Dollars. Nun der nächste Ärger mit der Hotline. Ticket war nicht zu eröffnen. Immer wieder der Hinweis Cookies löschen Cash löschen. Getan nichts passiert. Also nur ein halber Erfolg. Shit

Etoro is a scam website please becarful of etoro website after sending me 2 wallets from BTC and USDT for transferring the funds they email domian kept bouncing back and the emails did not go through there was a lady that contacted me stating she works for the SEC of the US and she that etoro is a legit trading company after put the funds in etoro wallets the emails kept bouncing back saying email doesnt exist and becareful if a lady by the name of Daniella contacts you claiming she works for SEC it's all a scam becareful of this email address from etoro, Etoro Support, this is email looks legit but it is not and also becareful of this email address as well,
this lady claims she is working for SEC US they are working together and big scammers.

After establishing an account with Etoro I deposited $1500. The amount which transferred was $1470 for some reason. Fees? Never had this happen on another platform. In comparison to other platforms I found the site clunky and difficult to navigate - could be so much easier. Then went to place a trade and found I had been blocked for some unknown reason and would have to wait a week til I could get unblocked. Missed several trades as a result. Closed my account and instead of the $1500 I had transferred I received $1423. All in all not a good trade. Glad to see the back of them.

If you try to invest with this firm, you will learn your lesson the hard way because I'm a victim, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

Theft and fraud by this company- just report to FCA
Absolutely shocking service to try and get my money since December 2024. Had endless false promises of payment being made and still nothing so I've now reported to the FCA.

Putting eToro on Trustpilot is honestly a joke because you can’t trust eToro with their shady practices.

I don't know who’s writing these fake positive reviews, but trust me, this is the real deal.

I’ve requested a withdrawal over two weeks ago, and still, no sign of my money. I don’t even have an ARN number as I requested. I’ve been contacting customer service for over two weeks, but all I get are inflated, useless emails with zero substance. No answers, no resolution, just wasted time. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to deal with having money stolen, constant frustration and poor service.

Scam. Do not invest more than you are willing to lose. Looking up "Trust Your Hickstinct" on trustpilot literally saved me from losing my investment.

Etoro, the platform that is aimed at beginners, has now started issuing an AI's opinion of a stocks potential gain. I know, if you have been trading a while you know all free AI stock pickers are just awful, but Etoro knows people who are completely new to trading don't know this.

Get a broker who actually respects you as a person, not someone who views you as a commission generator they can milk for fees.

Stay as far away from this app as possible. I tested functionality by depositing 500.00 in the platform, first it's very convoluted in the trade no buy sell buttons that function immediately two other steps to close horrible for day trades. Most importantly when I deposited funds they left my bank that day. They state 8 days to post on internal transfer. It is almost a month now and it shows my funds being there but they have yet to post. It takes two days to get a response from them no resolution, imagine depositing 20,000.00 and having a platform tie up your funds for a month with no resolution!
