30 minuti (MEZZ'ORA) per aspettare che l'assistenza clienti rispondesse in chat ed ancora non ha risposto.

Mi hanno fornito un rendiconto fiscale del 2024 (e siamo nel 2026, nel 2024 neanche avevo un account Etoro. Mi serve quello del 2025!!).

I am unable to withdraw my funds from eToro. It has now been 5 days with no support from Customer Service. I completed identity verification twice. Absolutely appalling. AVOID! DON'T RISK IT!

I used eToro a few years ago with not too many problems except the long wait times for the transactions to take place. I used them again recently. They wanted ALL KINDS of information to re-verify me. They wanted more and more documentation. I got sick of it as it was tying up my funds for so long, I cancelled the transaction that I was trying to do and asked for my finds to be returned. When I cancelled my transaction I had over $2550 in my account. 5 days later they returned partial funds to my bank account. They offered NO explanation why they were keeping over $200 of my funds. Stay away from these thieves.

J'AI COMMENCÉ AVEC UNE PETITE SOMME DE 3 000 £, PUIS J'AI VU LES CHIFFRES GRIMPER. CHAQUE SEMAINE, ON M'ENVOYAIT DES RAPPORTS DÉTAILLÉS, DES PRÉVISIONS ET DES MESSAGES PERSONNALISÉS. ILS PARLAIENT D'INTELLIGENCE ARTIFICIELLE, DE TRADING AUTOMATISÉ ET DE DIVERSIFICATION INTELLIGENTE. JE ME SUIS LAISSÉ EMPORTER ET MON INVESTISSEMENT A ATTEINT 74 500 €.

PUIS TOUT A CHANGÉ. LORSQUE J'AI VOULU EFFECTUER UN RETRAIT, ON M'A DEMANDÉ DE PAYER DES FRAIS POUR UN « CERTIFICAT DE LIBÉRATION », PUIS POUR UNE « VÉRIFICATION FISCALE », PUIS POUR UNE « VALIDATION INTERBANCAIRE ». À CHAQUE FOIS, C'ÉTAIT LA DERNIÈRE ÉTAPE. MAIS L'ARGENT N'EST JAMAIS ARRIVÉ. PUIS, UN JOUR, JE N'AI PLUS PU ACCÉDER AU COMPTE. AUCUNE RÉPONSE. J'AVAIS ÉTÉ VICTIME D'UNE ARNAQUE.

J'ÉTAIS PERDU, HONTEUX ET DÉGOÛTÉ. J'AI DÉPOSÉ UNE PLAINTE, MAIS SANS AIDE SPÉCIALISÉE, RIEN NE SE PASSAIT.

C'EST EN CHERCHANT SUR INTERNET QUE J'AI LU DES INFORMATIONS SUR UN CABINET. DES PERSONNES AFFIRMAIENT AVOIR ÉTÉ AIDÉES APRÈS AVOIR VÉCU DES SITUATIONS SIMILAIRES. J'ÉTAIS SCEPTIQUE, MAIS J'AI TENTÉ LE COUP.

DÈS LE PREMIER CONTACT, J'AI SENTI QUE JE POUVAIS LEUR FAIRE CONFIANCE. LEUR ÉQUIPE ÉTAIT ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONNELLE ET NE FAISAIT PAS DE PROMESSES EXAGÉRÉES. kissievee ⓐ gmial c0m C'EST LE MEILLEUR MOYEN DE ME CONTACTER SI VOUS AVEZ LE MÊME PROBLÈME. SI VOUS AVEZ ÉTÉ VICTIME D'UNE ARNAQUE EN LIGNE, N'HÉSITEZ PAS À LES CONTACTER. ILS ONT LES COMPÉTENCES NÉCESSAIRES POUR PRENDRE DES MESURES CONCRÈTES.

Je viens d'acheter 1218 xdc et j'ai reçu 139 xdc!!! quelle arnaque!!!!

Anyone on this platform remove your funds asap as they will do everything to stop you from trading, they will restrict your account as if it's there money, this company's customer service is very poor, never return emails, are the most unhelpful customer service you could ask for help as they are very incompetent, they never ret to help you just make excuses. Your funds I feel are not safe and so far told all friends to change platforms as use platforms that are helpful when you have a problem, don't expect a return email for up to a week as they are worse then useless. The CEO don't give a dam and questions why you involve him in emails, he don't care about customers just himself, when the CEO don't care what chance do you have at getting things sorted out probably the worst CEO in the world for caring about the company eTORO and his customer he don't care about nark my words you might be okay as long as everything is okay, then they block your account or stop you from trading what right do they have. On every social media site they will be advised to get there money out quick and if wanting to trade go else where to Coinbase or there are many platforms that are trustworthy and will not dictate to you and hold on to your funds so you can't trade. They are being reported to the governing bodies for which could be classed as illegal acts of withholding customers funds and refusing to release your funds which is being reported it may even be classed as theft, action fraud are also being informed about these illegal acts, so this is from numerous people I have spoken to and everyone of them is informing friends to go to a genuine and honest platform as eToro are not a honest platform from what I have witnessed and various other people that will inform everyone they know to do the same and also they will go on all social media sites to inform them as well, companies like this need to be investigated for there poor behaviour and in some ways a very dishonest company if you want your funds at risk then ignore this complaint.

Etoro are Scums, they took my money and after they frozed my account.

Des escrocs, suite achat de btc pour du long terme, ils me disent de revendre les btc après quelques mois en m’invoquant des frais journaliers..
La revente de ces btc m’a fait perdre plus de 10000 € ..
Les btc achetés a 40000 dollars ont été revendu pour une valeur de 25000 dollars..

Beware of eToro UK Ltd, I invested money more than 3 years ago and when I asked for my money, they gave me less than half and on top of this, eToro cashed money from my Bank Account, without my Authorization, the following day! I wrote a Complaint letter/email to them and threaten to take my case further and to report them. I cancelled my Debit Card. Today, they returned the money they took, but in the whole, I have lost more than half of my money; distress, inconveniences, endless hours dealing with this and the thought that eToro holds my private details.

Beware of following scam on Etoro:
Etoro seems attractive for buying stocks. Etoro business model is to charge a lot on EUR/USD conversion fees. Once you are member you will get an account manager assigned. He will try to convince you to start copy trading other traders and Etoro portfolios and to deposit more money. The larger your account, the more benefits you get and the more Etoro will earn on your EUR/USD conversion. Besides the fact you have to realize that the account manager does not have your interest in mind but only Etoros interest, this is still ok but you may not realize when signing up.
Now, the real scam starts. I build up a portfolio of nearly 80k and then suddenly they start to organize "audits". They were accusing me that my husband was "managing" my account. Although it was clearly explained to the account manager, that my husband would advise me they did want to listen and were accusing me that my husband was doing the orders. I agree that it may be a grey area what the difference is between managing and advising but since I kept full control of the account there was no reason to accuse me. So for this small reason "your husband is managing" Etoro decided to completely sell my portfolio of 80k at market condition wich was at significant loss because of market dip and poor dollar strength. I tried to find another solution but customer help is incapable and only has Etoro benefit in mind. Etoro even wanted to earn back again on conversion of the USD back to EUR but I was able to prevent that by completing the transaction in USD to an investment account whhich has a USD account connected to it. When you search via Chatgpt you find number of people being forced to sell entire portfolio for no good reason after an "audit".
Since my money is now on another account and Etoro can do no more repercussions, I am filing this complaint at Cyprus ombudsman (Etoro is affiliated in Cyprus) Please let me know if other people experience similar issues and lets try to get a halt to these Etoro practices.

eToro Konto eröffnet, ich bin 78 Jahre, sie wollen eine Rentenbescheinigung, sie wollen wissen woher das Geld kommt, sie wollen wissen wissen wissen, unglaublich.
Aktien steigen ich will raus kann nicht, darf nicht weil ich angeblich nicht alle Infos gegeben habe. Ich Frage nach der Verifizierung. Sie zeigen überall grüne Haken also OK.ivh eröffne Tickets über Tickets nichts passiert. Ich kann mich nur den kritischen oder unzufriedenen Bewertungen anschließen.Das Theater geht Montag morgen also am 28.04.25 weiter. 28.04.25 den größten Teil meiner Aktien in Geld auf das eToro Konto eToro Money nach unzähligen Versuchen transferiert und nun versuchen das Geld auf mein Girokonto zurück zu Überweisen.
Nie große Beträge transferieren wegen Geldwäsche Gesetz. Heute 29.04. funktionieren die Apps ich berichte wie es weitergeht.... 30.04.25 vielleicht auch Stromausfall, Mobilfunk Störungen, hatten dazu beigetragen. Inzwischen sehe ich Geld auf dem e Money Konto angekommen. Konto Eingeschränkt am 24.05.25 immer noch keine Auskunft beim Chat wann es weiter geht.

Etoro is very good if you are starting as novice trader . As i have had a good experience with them for over 2 years now its okay but the customer service is a bit slow on the uptake when it comes to withdrawing funds its difficult because you have a Etoro money account and a GB money account and it gets very complicated to withdraw funds to your bank . Thats the only draw back with this trading platform the rest is okay but probably works fine on an iphone but im using a large computer so it seems more difficult to withdraw money on this platform its just the way it is ''you have to open a ticket to get your money i find ''. thats about it really its Good overall easy platform to use '' which is very helpful for a novice

someone has made an account using my email address and i cannot get hold of anyone from customer service to help remove this account. tried to raise a ticket online to get them to remove this, they say i have to make an account to speak with them.

Nonostante la segnalazione alla consob e alla cysec, le lettere dell'avvocato e le denunce alle forze dell'ordine etoro continua con le sue "disfunzionalità selettive" -
Utente in profitto, inizia a prelevare ed ecco che cosa accade, preparati che ti racconto:

-account limitato e non è possibile finanziare l'account

-prelievi in sospeso

-momenti di mercato interessanti la piattaforma ti esclude dalla sessione , ho dovuto ripetere l'accesso oltre 15 volte! potete immaginare il risultato.. una posizione in profitto me la sono trovata a -400 dollari nel giro di poco tempo, davvero poco!

-Account limitato che ti impedisce di coprire le posizioni ( a questo punto)

-Posizioni con stop loss a zero 0.00 si CHIUDONO in perdita e non perdite piccole ma perdite di -30/-50/-80 ... ripeto stop loss a ZERO!

-Ordini preimpostati che non vengono presi a momento ! Nonostante il contratto è in quel valore!

-Tariffe non dichiarate, una posizione su sp500 long .. è costata 80 dollari di commissioni in 20 giorni... e parlano di investimenti a " lungo termine"

-Assistenza inesistente, ma ti limita l'account!

-Artefatti grafici / grafici non funzionanti

-Spread ESAGERATO e Commissioni non dichiarate!

-Gestore del conto inutile! Non comunica con le persone che segue, mi ha invitato a rimpolpare il mio conto e ho risposto che avrei testato se per caso capitassero di nuovo problemi.. ed eccoli qui! appena ti fidi TI RUBANO I SOLDI
