First time install great service and clear and easy to follow plan and design paperwork
Only had it running a few days but very impressed so five star from me

Added heated towel rails to the design,
On arrival of all the materials, no towel rails on the plans and no fittings for the towel rails.
Poor refund and had to redesign the house for electric towel rails.

Straight forward enough. 100mm centres to make the low temp system as efficient as possible

Always great service from knowledgeable, nice people. I don’t use anywhere else.

Excellent presale support from Judith.
Once delivered the products were pretty straight forward installing.
Got a plumber to help with the manifold and pressurising the system.
Just waiting for electrian now to wire it up...... just in time for the warm spring weather.

Great advice from Judith to choose the best system to suit our property. The superflex pipe is very good quality and easy to lay. Great experience dealing with this company and very helpful information on the website.

I was happy with the service and speed of the delivery.

The company designed the two systems I had fitted, supplied the wrong kit and then accused the installer of not doing the work correctly.
Would not use them again, I was not impressed with how they spoke to the plumber and how they tried to avoid blame

Superb company to deal with, i had a lady called Judith who looked after me very well, we have a small problem with the system because my house is built from very large concrete blocks and their is a connectivity problem, Judith is working on this problem and always keeps me informed, superb company even if there is a small problem always will to help, I am sure we will get to the bottom of the problem soon

Good system, let down by control electrics , my sparks refused to use it, threw it away and bought a new one!

The design sent was what I laid which was great, easy to lay. I had a mix of screed type an low profile. Connection to the manifold and pressure testing also went well. All following the supplied instructions. I'm a competent DIYer so I'd say this was achievable by most such people. I did get a plumber to install the boiler and do the hot connections

First time using Continental, very pleased with the service. Harry King, my sales advisor was very responsive to my enquiry and the various follow up questions I had. I wanted the UFH circuits designed at 100mm spacing, something another company said wasn't possible. Continental had no problems doing this. They double checked the design with me before dispatching the order. Delivery was super quick and there was a couple of nice little token gifts in there as well. Would highly recommend.
