As always the service and aftercare are exemplary. Nothing is an issue. Regular updates and follow ups. I have to say Judith Zoodsman, whom dealt with my original order; and although the commissioning was quite some time after the fitting. Every help was offered and was very much a case of above and beyond. I had to replace a part (not faulty). I had in fact already fitted it and had forgot. So I now have a spare which is fine. I also added the hub to control remotely which was perfect for the outbuilding where the UFH was installed. Very worthy of 5 stars, if I could have given more, I certainly would have done. Highly recommended.

The product itself is great. Simple enough to be able to do a lot of the install ourselves! But make sure you speak to Carol. Carol is what made our choice of supplier easy. She worked with us every step of the way. And she took the time to really understand our situation and what we wanted to do. Thanks Continal. Thank you Carol.

Excellent service, the company is a pleasure to deal with.

We have used Continal for over 5 years. They provide a fast, efficient service for planning out and supplying the UFH systems we need which are used in holiday accommodation (varies between barn conversions and newer build specs).

Ned Bowden is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to help understand and sort out the very rare issue that comes up.

They have always been happy to replace parts if required or will do all they can to keep you happy.

Easy to deal with and helpful in terms of identifying a specific part needed.

Well living in the island so every think comes from uk and Continal was the best price and great to deal with wouldn't go any where else for my under floor heating needs.

Expensive and we required to work a lot of it out ourselves. They did give us extra adhesive when requested

Competitively priced product. that is always important but most important of all is the sales and technical support from one single person throughout the process. Was impressed by the call the day after the delivery to check that everything had arrived properly. We will be ordering again for our next project

Continal were great, supplied the full kit complete with pipe cutter and flaring tools. The kit came with comprehensive installation manual and laminated CAD drawing of the pipe layouts. I had no trouble as a reasonably competent DIYer

Came across Continual underfloor heating about a year ago. They quoted for my 100 square meters project. The price was good and the products are absolutely brilliant. Really easy to use. Full instructions. Needless to say, I've been using them ever since.
