I have found Continal Heating consistently helpful both for the purchase and supply of my heating system and subsequent maintenance.

Very helpful and parts delivered promptly and also willing to help solve problems if any encountered even with systems installed on a self build basis some years ago.

I was absolutely amazed concerning the whole process, I did not have a clue what I needed so ended up sending photographs in which in turn I was advised what was wrong and how to fix my heating. Exceptional customer service. We had to replace our kitchen UFH system after damage from an escape of water from the kitchen waste. Continal (and in particular Judith) could not have been more helpful in supporting us throughout the whole process, from system design to troubleshooting the final installation. If we ever have to fit UFH again I would buy again from Continal without hesitation
