Got the call from Casey after I sent my drawings over to him, they quickly got back to me with a few options for my installation, as I have never fitted underfloor heating before Casey put my mind at ease and nothing was a problem. I received my underfloor pipe work and manifolds when they said it would arrive and the instructions are as clear as you can get, I’ve had a couple of call back from Casey just to check everything is all good. Thank you guys and a big thank you to Casey for a great service and a great price

Terrible Experience with Continal - Faulty Actuator and Refusal to Refund Labour Cost
Last year, I provided this company and their sales adviser, David a five-star rating for their pre-sale’s customer service. However, after using their underfloor heating, costing over £12,000, I am compelled to inform others of Continal’s poor post customer service.
February 2023, I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the underfloor heating company that not only sold me a faulty actuator but also refused to refund the labour cost associated with the installation. This company's lack of professionalism, poor product quality – (rebranded Salus), and complete disregard for customer satisfaction left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.
Firstly, the actuator I purchased from this company turned out to be defective right from the start. The promised functionality and reliability were nowhere to be found. The actuator failed to regulate the temperature effectively, resulting in uneven heating throughout my home. It was not only inconvenient but also a waste of energy and money.
Upon discovering the issue, I promptly contacted the company to seek a refund or a replacement for the faulty actuator. To my disbelief, David mentioned I would only get an exchange for the part, but the cost for the heating engineer to replace the part, £102, will not be paid by Continal. I asked that my claim for labour could be escalated to David’s Line- Manager, Andy, but he refused to communicate with me, therefore I escalated my issue to the owner, Chris Ingram.
Continal’s motto is ‘No ifs No Buts’, but the response from the owner, was, “We will replace the faulty component if it is due to manufacturing defect or fails within the warranty period. Additional costs are not covered. I trust that clarifies the situation.”
Their faulty actuator not only caused inconvenience and discomfort but also resulted in financial loss due to wasted energy and the need to seek alternative heating solutions.
Additionally, their refusal to reimburse the labour cost demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers and their obligations.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing products or services from this underfloor heating company to reconsider. Their lack of product quality, refusal to accept responsibility, and failure to provide a satisfactory resolution, I can only blame myself, ‘Why did I not go with the other company who I purchased my heat-pump from, Nu-Heat’.
I have two other friends who are interested in installing underfloor heating, I will be recommending Nu-Heat
Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable and customer-focused company for your underfloor heating needs.
Incredible customer service and good products.
We had so many issues with our house renovation these guys, especially David, were great - very knowledgeable and patient. We bought the UFH kit over two years ago, and only just commissioned it last week to find a relay on the wiring centre had gone. It was replace free, within a few days. Most of the kit is rebranded Salus.

David, their sales rep has had an abundant amount of patience with me and my build, talked me through the processes and been on hand to answer random questions that I have a lot of. So far so good. Install in August.

Our dealings with Marc were easy and uncomplicated from start to finish, dealt with all the question we had by return email altering the initial design lay out to suit our requirements

Would not recommend whatsoever
Would not recommend whatsoever. Had to install 100m2 on our ground floor twice. First installation had to be ripped out due to plumbers installation error. I experienced that their design team is awful. On the first installation there were major errors on the design to which their blunt response was that I signed it off and therefore I took all responsibility - this cost me additional latex and labour costs. On the second installation I had learnt allot so ended up correcting their mistakes eventually getting to revision 11 of the design - most people would not have this experience and therefore would be designed a poor system and be totally unaware. On both first and second time they sent not enough glue and forgot to send the wireless control box. On the second installation they also packed an old revision of the design which luckily I just found out before the plumbers installed to it. They would also not recommend the type of primer to use with their boards. This caused issues as the plumber didn't know and quite rightly insisted that Continal should be stating the type of product to use with their system (Continal didn't want to take any liability). Overall very very poor design and poor overall organisation i.e. sending inadequate quantities or forgetting completely.
