Rubbish booked 2 tickets for Emmerdale meet a star and unfortunately could not then attend it states cancel within 14 days and will be refunded ..however they then told me it shouldn't have said that a d was an error yet it's there in black and white.
Did get e mailed back after I said how unprofessional their service is. They agreed to refund but still after nearly 3 weeks I have now had to raise a dispute with the bank .
I did explain to them I tried to change date but the tours run out in September so it was impossible situation.
Very unhelpful people

I bought tickets for my grandchildren for Xmas to go to I'm a celebrity in Manchester but it closed before they could go and I have never recieved a refund despite emailing as advised !!!

Coronation Street Tour does not even have the courtesy or professionalism to reply to a simple query I sent to them over a week ago about an upcoming visit. Have also refused to respond on the phone and via Facebook. They have taken my money but are unwilling to provide any form of customer service. Avoid - a total scam with zero respect for paying customers.

Early in 2020 we booked a visit to an attraction as a gift. Much to our disappointment, due to Covid, the visit was necessarily postponed. We were offered an unconditional, full refund and the service and attention of the Continuum team was exceptional. Check out their website and support this great business!
