The lawyer knew his field and was able to answer all my questions. He was timely and efficient. It was almost the same as being in the same office while conducting our business.

Easy, fast, and thorough.

The lawyers are allowed to use deceptive tactics to win bids. I have reached out to Customer Service multiple times using their "request a call" page without any response. They have no contact email or phone number. Feels very scammy.
